Very clean. Good location and modern decorated. The room was extremely cold. One of the heater was not working at all and the other was working improper. The second night there was no hot water at the bathroom. We called the reception but no one answered.

Guests complained that they were booked in a non air conditioned room whereas it was too hot outside. there was no option in booking with or without AC. in the booking, i have seen AC as part of the facility provided.
