The breakfast was fine. Location was extremely hard to find, hotel beds were extremely hard. The bathroom was small with water leaking. The place was stuffy and not very welcoming.

There were rats in the room and when I complained, nobody did anything

The breakfast for me was not interesting at all, and there menu was out dated, most of the food wasn't available when you want to place an order.

The location was good Their service was so poor,, and the room was not properly inspected from their manager in such a way that the room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet seat has been worn out, and the room was not tidy up during my dad and mum stay. The amount paid for the hotel doesn't worth it. I'm so disappointed that I could get these displeasure from my inlaws through the Presken Hotel Reliance, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos and booking.com.

The brakfast should be self served. The price can be adjusted to meet this requirement. Other hotel allow guest serving themselves.

I like the location. The hotel environment is clean and quiet. Staff friendly There were not many options for breakfast. Constantly serving tea bread and omelette.

Reliance Hotel is located within a short driving distance to both the local and international airport in Lagos and other major attractions in Allen Avenue in Ikeja. I have had a fair share of stay at Reliance Hotel before it was purchased by Presken Hotel franchise and the facility and services were outstanding, hence, why l kept on coming back. Unfortunately, my latest stay in the new "Presken Reliance Hotel" left a bad taste in my mouth making me wonder whether the "new" Presken Reliance Hotel is really a hotel for guests who want to enjoy a good night sleep after a long day of traveling or business meeting or a night club with a brothel for it's clients with so much consistent loud music ousing out of its club downstairs and the inefficiency and laissez faire attitude of some of the staff at the hotel. At its best, Reliance Hotel played the role of a moderate hotel for traveling guests wishing to get some good sleep before continuing with their journey the next day. Unfortunately, lately it has lost that lustre making me wonder whether it is really worth it recommending or staying in this hotel turned into a noisy brothel in the future. Presken Reliance Hotel Ikeja, Lagos can do better by redefining itself and what type of clients it wants to cater to. Being a Jack of all trades and master of none has not benefited this "once-wonderful hotel".
