Location. Food. Cleanliness. I didn’t have WiFi in 301 the entire month I was there. The water wasn’t hot at all. I explained that to the staff and nothing was done about it. This didn’t happen last visit so I didn’t know why it was like this for 28 days.

Service, security, 24/7 access to food Balcony doors aren’t sealed well to prevent hearing all the noise in the outside from the street, the generators noise, and it’s keeping the room from being cooled late at night.

When the lift was under maintenance, but the staff later showed me an atlernative elevator.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff were not always on the same page giving confusing instructions but all staff were nice and tended to my needs quickly!

I liked the spacious deluxe room. The bed is very comfortable. There's a nice desk and mirror, and a large wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom is nice, too. And the room was very clean. I also like the sitting area, refrigerator, and nice big windows to let in natural light. And the mood lights in the ceiling. I also liked the pool and restaurant. The food is good, and the service is good too. There was a mix-up about my reservation when I arrived to check in at 12:00 PM. on April 19. My reservation was for the Watercress Hotel and Events. The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation, even though I showed him the confirmation number on Booking.com. He sent me to the Signature Hotel next door. I waited an hour or more before they checked me into that hotel. I wasn't happy with the room they gave me because it wasn't the room I booked. I called reception and spoke to the manager to let him know. He then had someone come and move me to the room I booked in the hotel that I booked. It was very chaotic that day because there were lots of weddings taking place. However, that was no excuse. I felt the hotel was overbooked, and he was trying to blow me off. I shouldn't have to make demands to get the room that I booked.

The Watercress Hotel was conveniently located close to the airport ?. My room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the mood lighting in the ceiling. The breakfast buffet was adequate. They also have an extensive menu in their restaurant with lots of good choices. The staff is also very friendly.
