The location was good and private! I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms need to be sprayed with insecticide and rat poison. Because I saw a cocroach and a rat. Also the air conditioner didn't have a remote making it stressful to manipulate, I had to getup from bed to put it off and on.

It was a unique place and well placed The adjoining road to the hotel was bad

Online ir says their is room, only to arrive there and i was informed their was no more room available.

The was small, and there should have been a diffuser in the room to help smell of the room

Communication of the restaurant.. I place an order for a plate of food but got a different food instead and higher in price than my Initial choice. Secondly the pool is dirty and not chlorinated.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presken K-One. It wasn't perfect, but beyond my expectation for the price. Lovely, polite and ever smiling members of staff. Their meals were also delicious, and affordable. Wifi was also available and functioning. I don't regret choosing your hotel. Thank you Breakfast was not filling. Wish I had more. No remote available for AC. Had to adjust it manually when it was either too cold or warm

I can't really see anything wrong in the hotel much. The rooms are well kept and very clean.
