It was rated 4 stars on some websites, but it lacks facilities like gyms, a swimming pool, etc.... . At least the room is clean . I would say this hotel is more like a 3 stars hotel.

simple and good value very rich Chinese breakfast but no Western food, not even egg, cheese or simple, plain rolls. only sliced bread and peanut butter or chocolate spread. be prepared!!!

Room is clean, big and modern. Beyond our expectations. The staff helped us to rearrange all our rooms on the same floor and next to each other upon knowing our rooms were booked by different occupants through different platforms. Location a bit remote. Lack of convenience store or Family Mart nearby.

I stayed for 4D3N and loved everything about this hotel - it really EXCEEDED my expectations. It’s not my first time in Yilan and it’s my best stay thus far. It’s situated in a quiet area but convenient (about 10 mins cab to Yilan train station and 18 mins cab to Luodong). Best is that it’s superrrr family friendly. I traveled with a 1.5 year old toddler and their amenities are great! They are able to provide cot, steriliser, bath pail. The spread for breakfast is AMAZING and I was able to feed my little one lots of delicious fruits, bread, oats, soy, tofu, veg…the adult’s selection for food is >30 types I believe? Moreover, the hotel goes to length to provide fun activities for kids - there’s a fun play area at the roof top and there’s a supper buffet (I believe it’s every night) where there is choc fondue/ Taiwanese sweet soup, cakes, pudding…all amidst disco lights haha. My toddler loved it. There was also some free lights/ dance performance at the lobby on a Saturday when I was there. NIL

It’s clean with basic supplies. Food is mediocre, not impressed. There’s no grownup leisure facilities, such as swimming pool, hot tub, sports or exercise equipment, etc. Although it provides nighttime desserts but no activities on Friday night. The stay is kind of boring.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Delicious, with a lot of varieties to try. Amenities needed to be ask from the counter. Guy at the counter who checked us in seemed pretty lost and wasn't able to converse in any English. Rooms were huge. Toilets were small. We had a very noisy dehumidifier in our room and the aircon took a while to get cold. Beds are more on the softer side.

You can ride on a free bike offered by the hotel to stroll around the beautiful and lush green environment. Breakfast is wonderful, and the free dessert party is also a surprise.
