The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. They are always one step ahead, anticipating our every needed - making plans to tour the island, restaurants for dinner, etc. I can't say enough about this. Simply superb. The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. And breakfast is wonderful. We were there during a heat wave, and it was so very nice to have use of the pool at their sister hotel, just a short walk away. That hotel was also just as wonderful, with the same level of service. nothing.

Fabulous location - could not have been closer to the action plus a fabulous view of the harbour. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

The location was just perfect right on the harbour. Parking was great. The breakfast team of two guys were professional and very helpful. Lovely quiet hotel with a superb inner garden courtyard. We had some issues with room cleaning and replenishment of the mini fridge but this was rectified immediately. Website also advertised a cocktail bar but please note this doesn’t exist. The pool is at a neighbouring sister hotel but only 5 mins away and equally as good.

The hotel was excellent and clearly warranted its 5* rating. It was perfectly positioned on the harbour front, close to shops and restaurants - spoilt for choice - and to the free island bus service. Nothing

The staff were charming helpful and polite. The views from the bedroom were beautiful and the bedroom large and well decorated with a very comfortable bed with soft pillows as I had asked for. Breakfast is expensive if not included in the room rate but it was excellent .
