Everything it was wonderful the staff were super friendly and attentive, the view of the sunset was perfect, they offered a huge breakfast, personal made. We stayed in Suite with Hot Tub (Caldera Sea & Sunset View) The hot tub wasn’t in a private area but we had our own, and it was kind of cold. We asked for heat it up but they said that was the hottest. The bathroom doesn’t have windows

Santorini was beautiful as to be expected. The staff at.Abyssanto were excellent, especially Kristina and Christian.Pannaioti was also very helpful with suggestions and special request. Though expensive, it was an excellent day and much appreciated. our things to all. Kyriakakis Family Property was situated at the top of the Caldra with spectacular views in all directions. This was one of the strongest benefits.

Amazing view and amazing staff! Felt like you were treated as royalty during the stay. Great food and cocktails as well. Lovely room, would certainly come back here if I ever visit Santorini again! The private terrace and hot tub with view on the sunset is very romantic and was for us the main reason to book the hotel. However in our 3 days here there were a couple of tourists who just ignore the rules and go stand in places they are not allowed to stand (on the roofs of the hotels). This allows them to basically look straight in your private terrace and disrupt the mood (in our case one drunk american group even asked if they could jump in our hot-tub while we were having a romantic dinner). This is probably an issue for all the hotels here on the cliff side of Imerovigli, not specific to Abyssanto. Theres also not a lot they can do to stop it, because the tourists are always different people and they never stay long. (a few minutes max)

Breathtaking views on top of the Caldera. Very clean, very friendly staff. Exceptional and personal service. Very generous and great facilities, fresh towels , linen, robes every day. Thoroughly recommend you take up the private tour provided by Abyssanto, best way to see all of the island highlights in one day . It finishes at Oia with a magnificent sunset. The sunset from the suites are also spectacular, and each suite has its own private spa. So lovely. Tge breakfast is also very generous and inclusive, lots of food and fruit , sets you up for a great day. Panayiotis and his staff were awesome. We would come back here in a heartbeat. The highlight of our honeymoon trip to Greece. We thoroughly recommend this place to all. 10 out of 10. Not long enough. We sound have stayed longer

What a beautiful experience we had here! Panagiotis and the whole team provided us with exceptional service and care. We were celebrating a special birthday, so they worked with me to prepare a fab surprise for my partner - our suite decorated, and a delicious romantic sunset dinner overlooking the caldera complete with cake ❤️ It was perfect. Personal, engaging and warm hosts, they took great care of us and were ready to arrange tours, transfers, give advice on local highlights. Delicious breakfasts to start our full active days - wow! Room was cool and relaxing, we had our own jacuzzi and the best view of the caldera to enjoy the magnificent evening sunsets! Thank you.

What I liked the most was the attention of the hosts who work there, very kind and attentive, the facilities are super clean and beautiful, I recommend staying there 100% you will have an incredible vacation thanks to them

Highly recommended!!! Everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms, awesome view exactly what you see in photos. The staff is so friendly, the gentleman in the reception is so kind, polite and helpful. Anything you need they are more than happy to assist. We'll visit again for sure.

Panagiotis and his team have every detail covered for you. If you’re a person who likes to be pampered this is the place for you. The food is incredible and the units are beyond fantastic.

Superb

The great view of the caldera is the main strength of the hotel. The staff were also always willing to help and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was served in front of your room and was massive and very good. On the first day, we barely slept ( maybe max 2 hrs) because of the terrible dip in the mattress which was sinking and thought it was a sagging matress. I even prefered to sleep on the floor than on that mattress. On complaining the next day, the staff (cleaning lady) was prompt to react and we discovered there was a quick fix as it was not the mattress sagging, but instead wooden planks below the mattress which was moved and hence causing that dip. I would recommend you to check the mattress first when checking in. The bathroom was also very small and water would spread everywhere when taking a bath.

The view: I think everyone who's going to Santorini is looking for the view and nice pictures that you see on internet. You have it from this hotel + full sunset. Beautiful. The view from any room is amazing. Breakfast: the breakfast in the morning is good. Staff: the staff was nice with us. Extra: The hotel can offer a airport transfer in a nice van which btw is the same price as a normal taxi. I would recommend it. The room is basic, small bed, tough mattress, old small tv, the bathroom is small and the water is not always warm/hot. Location: although the view from hotel is nice, basically you don't have anything around. You need to take a taxi to Oia, Kamari, Fira etc. No late check-out accepted.

The sunset view was amazing from the hotel balcony and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the privacy a lot. The staff was exceptionably great and very friendly. This was an amazing experience.

Best location in Santorini. The hotel is great and has everything and the breakfasts are amazing. The staff were great in looking after us and organizing activities. Shout out to Panos for being the perfect host. The bed wasn’t the best. It had a very large dip in the middle which was uncomfortable at times.

Location is awesome. Beautiful Caldera & Sunset view. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Experience of Jacuzzi in the open with Caldera & Sunset view was awesome. Breakfast for Vegetarians need to be improved, not very many options.

Great service, great location, great beakfast. Thanks to Panagiotis and his team. We are living in Dubai and breakfast and service are easily comparable to a Dubai 5 star hotel. Great location, not too crowded and restaurants and shops next door, not to forget the perfect view.
