Good location, has its own restaurant and helpful staff Too many steps (it is on a cliff). Our room was ok but I had a loft with no protection from the bed to the ground, it can be a bit dangerous at night if you wake up to go to the restroom for example.

The only plus about this hotel is the staff, who, albeit a little amateurish and quite scarce, were very nice. I could write a book about this. This hotel is a fake. It should never have the good ratings you show; this is quite common in Greece, where there are marketing companies that specialize in generating positive reviews.

The breakfast was good and location was convenient. I paid $1,710 plus a €45 city tax for three nights. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations for that price. The shower water and the indoor private jacuzzi water were not hot enough, and I was unable to adjust the temperature myself. Even after I called the office to request that the jacuzzi temperature be raised, it still was not comfortable enough to stay in for more than a few minutes. The jacuzzi water also did not seem very clean. During my three-night stay, I only took one shower and used the jacuzzi for about two minutes. The room also was not as clean as I expected. Overall, I did not feel the stay was worth the money. That’s said, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

Views were phenomenal, decent walking distance to Fira This is very nit-picky but the very first night were we there, the towels in our room smelled of mildew. This was not the case for the remainder of our stay, and most likely was just because we were there at the end of the season when that particular room had not been stayed in for an extended period, but it needed to be said. We did not bring this to the staff’s attention as it was not a consistent issue.

It was everything and more than I expected! I’m convinced that this was the most beautiful place on the island! A view beyond my wildest dreams.

Stayed for a long weekend. Amazing views over the Caldera from the room, pool, restaurant and jacuzzi. Vanilla room had everything we needed with the bonus of a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of options served to order. Cleaner came daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location to walk to Fira. Some really nice restaurants locally too. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The view at breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were really friendly. We booked the honeymoon suite and to be honest, don’t do it. Where to start. We opened the door and there were x2 double beds in the honeymoon suite. Two beds?! The in room jacuzzi didn’t work for 4/6 nights of the stay and staff were poor in their response to fix it. The hotel claims to be 5*, the facilities were 3* at best given the poor state of the sunbeds and small bathtub like swimming pool. To top it all off, the hotel offered me a small refund IF I didn’t post a review. The reviews here are all clearly false or under duress to get a refund. Avoid at all costs there is much better hotels.

Great location where you can watch the beautiful sunset in room. Cave style room made our experience even better. The staff at the resort are extremely nice and helpful. Some broken lights in our room and upstairs terrace, which we have reported it to the reception. However, nothing was done. We reported the broken lights for one of the caves from upstairs terrace and the jacuzzi. We were given the reason as “ the lights were intentionally shut off, because of the privacy”. Which makes no too much sense, since one of the cave light was still working.

Exceptional

Staff were kind except for the red haired lady at reception. Rooms were not practical and very hot- no ac in the upper loft. For the price, we couldnt even get free water. Would not reccomend this place.

The staff were so caring and accommodating. Very nice and helped facilitate our stay and tours.

Kapari had a boutique feel, with really beautiful, spacious rooms. It's a well-run place, and the staff are very nice. The views are spectacular. The resort felt a little sprawling, the location was a bit jam packed with and entwined with other competing hotels, so it didn't feel hugely relaxing or isolated in that regard. The pool was nice, if a little small considering the number of guests. It's a perfectly nice hotel, but simply too expensive.

Exceptional rooms, staff and restaurant. It was a slice of heaven. Steep steps and limited beds by pool.

Wow what can I say !! From the communication prior to the stay to the seamless transfer and the initial wow look at that view first stepping down to the hotel reception. Check in easy informative and lovely welcome with a beautiful fruit platter and glasses of wine delivered to our room . Staff were all amazing and helpful . The private jacuzzi was fabulous with amazing views . The room was comfortable and cool . Breakfast was lovely overlooking the caldera . I can’t recommend this hotel enough . So clean easily accessible and the staff can’t do enough to help . Can’t think of anything at all !!

The staff are all outstanding. Helpful, happy, chatting and can’t do enough for you. We stayed in the High Up unit, which had a great balcony and plunge pool and not overlooked. It has to be the best location on Santorini. The best views, not busy, good restaurant choices and shops. The “open” pool is very small and limited space for guests.
