The views. Steps were exhausting but worth it for the views On the island you can not flush toilet paper. There needs to be a bidet or hand sprayer which it did not have. Even restaurants in the area had them in bathrooms. To not have them in a hotel honeymoon suite is unacceptable. Anywhere you cannot flush should have a sprayer. It’s gross to have used toilet paper in your trash all day/night. They did come take out trash every day thank goodness. The light in our hot tub was so bright in the evenings we couldn’t sit in it and the windows only had shades which made our room very bright from the hot tub light. No way to turn off. I asked the second night to have it turned off or a softer bulb but was never done. Off during the day.

My wife and I have just finished an amazing stay at Kasimatis by La Perla, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our departure, everything was simply perfect. We were celebrating our second honeymoon, and the team helped organize a special reception for us, which was absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views over the caldera and excellent facilities. However, what truly sets this place apart is its people. Every single member of staff—from reception, to the restaurant and bar teams, to housekeeping—was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. The level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding and made us feel welcome throughout our entire visit. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kasimatis by La Perla to anyone visiting Santorini, and we would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for helping create such special memories.

We stayed at Kasimatis by La Perla in Imerovigli for two nights in September, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The things that I loved most- 1. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless and memorable. They coordinated our atv rentals, they coordinated our transport from the ferry and to the airport. They even packed us to go breakfast boxes when our shuttle to the airport was really early in the morning. 2. The views from our room were stunning, the jacuzzi pool on the porch is a must. 3. I loved their location. Not in the congested areas of the island, but directly along the path that leads from Fira to Oia, making it easy to explore while still feeling quaint when at the hotel. 4. Breakfast delivered to your room is amazing! You have a lot of options on what you would like, that you pick the day ahead. There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like. Planning to go back at some point!

Gorgeous views -Too many steps to get to room. Unnecessary steps inside the room as well. -Booked a honeymoon suite and paid a premium but there was nothing special about the room or to celebrate the moment (note, flowers, chocolates, wine, prosecco, balloons etc) -sterile vibes

Had a fantastic time here. Loved the clean room, pool, bar (and happy hour), daily breakfast, and seeing the sunset from the jacuzzi every night. Super helpful and accommodating staff helped arrange transportation from the port upon our arrival and to the airport after we checked out. Definitely worth it. N/a

The staff were friendly and worked hard to keep the facilities clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served à la carte and delivered to each room, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location in the middle of Santorini is very convenient for visiting both Oia and Fira. The most beautiful trail to Oia starts right at the hotel’s doorstep. The onsite restaurant was also one of the best in town. I will definitely return! On our checkout day, a staff member informed us that our taxi was coming to pick us up, but we ended up waiting in the sun for over half an hour without seeing our taxi. For such a highly rated hotel, this was disappointing. However, the manager handled the situation very well and resolved the problem promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was very tasty and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially Leonidas and Salome, who made us feel right at home. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends Nothing everything was perfect we really enjoyed our stay and the great hospitality.
