It's hard to capture in words the experience we had staying at this bespoke and beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic and we would, without hesitation, highly recommend staying at Kivotos Santorini Hotel in Imerovigli. The architecture and unique design of the hotel, pool, restaurant, and rooms are unbelievable. The pictures on their website are very accurate but still can't do it justice - you just have to experience this hotel! The hotel and rooms are kept spotless. The food and views at the restaurant were exceptional, and the staff who served breakfast, room service, and dinner were true professionals. We also indulged in massages with the therapist, Laoura Gini... she is highly experienced and excellent! Try the sound therapy/Chakra balance- very, very cool :)! The views from every room are just out of this world. Again, pictures just can't do it justice... Every morning, I could not wait to wake up and greet the day from our room's terrace with my coffee... overlooking some of the most panoramic, breathtaking views we have ever seen. All that being said, it was the people who truly make this hotel world class and an experience that we were so very lucky to have had. Every single person made this exceptional, one of a kind hotel something truly special and hard to capture with words ... i.e. Kivotos's General Manager greeting us when we arrived; the personal interactions with the concierges/Reservation team (thank you again ladies for all of your exceptional, personal assistance while we were in Santorini !); the housekeeping team that left our room spotless every day and the lady who did turn down service at night and left us special chocolates and treats... caring, sincere, exceptional, warm and welcoming... What can I say, don't hesitate to book your stay at this unique, elegant hotel. Nothing. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Kivotos Santorini Hotel.

We came from Crete to Santorini and were greeted with a perfect island and accommodation experience at this hotel. We were lucky, because we couldn't have found a better place to experience a perfect sunset with a great dinner. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is always approachable and nice. The breakfast is also excellent with a surreal view. The apartment is special, it also had a nice jacuzzi inside. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the outdoor pool, but next time we will stay longer, that's for sure. Top!

Everything was amazing. spotlessly clean. The staff was very helpful. Antonis upgraded our room and at the same price gave us the largest suite in the hotel and they allowed us to check out late on the day of departure. I highly recommend it.

The hospitality from all the employees. Me and my partner got engaged during our trip. The hotel staff did everything to make sure we had an even more memorable trip. From a special table in the hotel restaurant Mavro with a beautiful dinner, to a boat trip to celebrate our engagement. Apostolia, Thanasis, Kostantinos & Aris thank you very much for everything! Regarding the room everything was amazing! From our private jacuzzi with sunset view, a state of the art sound system. We had to leave

The service and staff are top notch. They helped us a lot as my wife was unwell and even provided the check in earlier. They were available 24/7 Kudos to the management and entire team. The room we booked was deluxe suite with sunset views and hot tub, i must say it was divine and huge in size. The amenities are perfect and the quality of everything is worth the money. Also the lighting are super cool! That its too dark for my taste ?

The hotel is in a prefect location and has fantastic views and the fact that you don't need to walk down and up much to reach it,it makes it more comfortable.The staff are great and VERY helpful and kind.they will do everything to help you make the most out of your trip.I would like to specifically thank Vasiliki for being such an awesome host.In total it's simply perfect.

Exceptional

Since we arrived, we were so taken in by the unbelievable beauty of the hotel and how attentive, welcoming and professional the staff were. Apostolia by the front desk, Thanasis by the restaurant and of course Aris for having such a team are absolutely worth a mention. Breakfast was full of Mediterranean taste and super matching the ambience of the insane caldera view. As it comes to the room we were so surprised with the state of the art sound system, the size of the bed, the cleanliness of the room and the lovely jacuzzi! We definitely recommend the hotel for anyone travelling to Santorini. Through whatsapp they arranged anything we asked for and we couldn’t be happier. Transfer to the airport and back was arranged by the hotel, restaurant reservations, wine tours, boat tours and although we didn’t rent a car, we could through the hotel. So easy and possible. Overall, this is what hospitality should be like! Thank you! That we had to leave

Our stay at Kivotos was impeccable, though it's too bad we only stayed one night. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially the guys at the front desk, who provided us with valuable information and activity recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at Mavro restaurant was outstanding. The location is unique, offering breathtaking sunsets that are unmatched. We will definitely be back!
