Fantastic location and view. Delicious simple breakfast. Very welcoming staff. Imerovigli village is great place to stay. In my opinion, better than Fira or Oia, as they are more commercial and busier.

Cons: We never found a single sign that has the hotel name other than the pad of paper in the room. It was difficult to find independently. I provided my flight #, but wasn't contacted upon landing or within the hour, so we just drove to the location. It created an unnecessary stressful first impression. The website creates an expectation that this is a staffed hotel with a front desk and amenities, but that isn't the case. The view on the website is from the pool area and not actually from the room balcony. There is a large white wall that block half of the view. There was no front desk or anyone on staff. George was available via WhatsApp for any requests, but that isn't what we expected. The pool was not available and it wasn't stated or communicated anywhere. The website talks about spa services, but there isn't anything on-site and George didn't say anything about it. I felt deceived by the website and what the hotel offers.

Good Missing my spouse winter coat from room, no satisfied answer or try to look/find from your staff!! And after check out process/Hour can’t offer washroom facilities and we sit down outside of the office in cold temperature!!

Beautiful clean room, excellent location in town, lovely view of the caldera, amazing breakfasts included delivered to the room, and a wonderful pool just steps away from the room. Diana (Ntaiana) was so friendly and helpful, beginning days before our arrival and throughout our stay. She helped arrange everything we needed at the hotel as well as transfers and tours. Overall a top of the line experience.

The location was okay-close to bus stop, supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The room was neat and the ac worked so well. I loved the view but I was a bit scared as the room was located outside from the main hotel. I found the breakfast option very limited. Overall, the room served its purpose and we had a good time. As an addition, they provided a nice range of toiletries and the staff were nice and willing to assist. As earlier mentioned, the breakfast could have come.with a lot more options. I also didn't like that the room was away from the main hotel and along the road. If I were alone, I would have been scared to be isolated like that.

the hotel is located on a high hill, the landscape is fantastically beautiful, the room with a balcony has a view of both the chamber and the white houses on the hill, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is specially served, the bus stop is close to Fira (the capital Santotini) the staff is very kind (especially Diana),

The view is amazing! The swimming pool area is really nice and perfect to relax. The breakfast is served to the rooms and is really good with plenty of local products. Staff is very friendly and nice. Nothing, except that the bathroom had a bit an unpleasant smell.

Senses Boutique was an incredible place to stay. The views of the city and island were phenomenal and we have never had such exquisite breakfasts before. Everything was dreamy and incredible. I would highly recommend and I will be staying here again if I ever get the opportunity to.
