Gorgeous view. Very comfortable room. Everyone accommodating and nice. Breakfast was good. Same thing every day though. Also, when you arrive, make sure you make contact with hotel so they know when you will arrive. This place is difficult to find at first. Someone should meet you at the road to help you with bags and locate property. My goodness, the stairs. I selected the city of imerovigli, because of reviews saying it’s in between Fira and Oia, and that you can walk to those. That it is, but it’s on the highest side of the cliff. So when you walk down, no problem. It’s the walking back up that was bad. Get a rental car or atv if you can. Taxis are crazy price. Well worth it to get a rental.

Magbificent panoramic view. AC. The cleaning lady is doing her job very well. Comfortable bed. Window blinds closes fully to blackout completely. Happy that TV was showing FIFA WC. Mini fridge was working well. Everyday towels and bed linen changed. Good breakfast coffee. Breakfast food (no vegetables or fruits at all). Annoying staff. Cookroaches. Not clean jacuzzi, water wasnt changed once during long stay. Disrespect for our rest, calm, privacy and peace. Disrespect for our time to eat breakfast peacefully. Unplanned visits, without asking, e.g. to disinfect floors (when we are in room) causing asthma attacks (even staff saying it will not, which kinda turned out to be a lie), staff coming to replace fire extinguishers when we were in the room. The supplied pictures on this site does not match reality. Everything is years older, much more used up than displayed in pictures, which probably were taken when it was new/renovated. Not a single drawer, cabinets in kitchenette or bathroom works - painted over, etc. Inside bathroom door doesnt close, mini hall to room door doesnt close.

The location and the view. The ceiling in the loft was low and I kept hitting my head. There were no shutters on the bathroom window or the entrance window so we had to cover them with paper and towels after my daughter noticed the guy looking in at her. Ants kept coming in at the front door and on our last day we woke up, we found a huge roach in the shower. Breakfast was bad. Hotel said they offered continental breakfast but it wasn’t worth it.

So many things to say about this place. First of all the staff are so attentive they always are here to help you. The manager Petros is always helpful with places to go where to eat knowledge about the island you ask it he knows it. We celebrated an anniversary and a birthday together as a couple and he first of all made sure we had the most private room with the most amazing views and a hot tub so perfect. The hotel is perfect in its location the views are impeccable and so close to everything but at the same time peaceful and quiet. Me and my lady rented quads and traveled everyday all around the island best choice to make you can drive around stop for pictures and have a great adventure. Honestly best vacation we had in a long time. Definitely one of the reasons is choice of stay and the way we was treated by the establishment. A true gem of a hotel. Leaving is the only thing you can say

The location of the hotel is very good. There was a shop and many good restaurants nearby. Bus stops were nearby. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Fira, about 15 minutes to drive to the airport. The room was clean and polite and modest. Everything needed was there. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was polite and helpful in every way. The view from the hotel pool was wonderful, 10/10. The breakfast needs to be reviewed - there were quite a lot of things, but there could have been fresh fruits, banana, apple, for example. Too many baked goods for me. It's not the hotel's fault, but there were photoshoots in front of the room every day from morning to night, it was not possible to enjoy the balcony of your room privately. Because the room was located in a very accessible place where tourists were passing by all the time.

Alexander villas was incredible! Petros the manager was so helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded as soon as we got there, he gave us the best recommendations and took us to all the places we wanted to go ( the taxi and uber availability is complicated in Santorini) We loved it and will definitely go back.

Exceptional

I loved Imerovigli and the view of the pool is magic. But is better you rent a car, buses are not so often. We had a problem with a big infiltration, they sort it out changing us to a other room. I think the price is high, and I though they have a breakfast… at booking i received a “breakfast time” on instructions, many past reviews talking about a good breakfast. But the manager told us this season is not ofering because there is no employees enough. The bathroom there is no suport to put the stuff while taking a shower (shampoo, soup, etc)

The villas offered exactly what we expected, the small apartments are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the small terraces give you an option to recover if the day is too sunny or you don’t want to lay only upstairs on the pool. Petros is very kind and the whole team is helpful. The surrounding is beautiful and you can reach thira center in just 5 minutes by car or 20by walk. Repairing the towels-rack and putting an extra garbage bin on the room would be super.

Location looking out over the Santorini caldera is spectacular. perros at the front desk is so helpful - ask him to help you with your plans. Personal hot tub was warm and delightful. Like much of Santorini the property is like a cave built into the hillside - you need to be careful not to hit your head. Access to hotel requires many steps.
