The location (quiet), the pool, the staff (Myrsini and Yvonne), the view from our room (no. 21).

The shower did flood through the drain each time. Not ideal, but easy to clean up. Gym is simple but was grateful to have something available.

I liked how authentic the place is, the rooms were actual rooms of pilgrims more than 400 years ago and they are very well renovated in a cozy and warm style, with much attention to the details, felt like I went back in time, while keeping the modern comfort. The place felt very peaceful and serene, while I am in the property I felt that I didn’t want anything else. The owner of the place was very friendly and helpful with information and how to keep our stay convenient. The breakfast options were not much, but we all still enjoyed it and enjoyed the beautiful view of the breakfast area.

These traditional “cave” homes are beautifully maintained and authentically perfect if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. They are a in the perfect location to be close to Fora and Oia, but far enough to feel like you are one of very few on the island. Every part of this property is gorgeous!

Quiet, beautiful view, staff was excellent, authentic cave experience.

A slice of paradise in Santorini! Absolutely magical stay—charming architecture, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views of the Aegean. The staff were warm and welcoming, and every detail made it feel like a true Greek escape. Two nights weren’t enough—we’ll be dreaming of returning!

This is the cutest property, some of my best pictures of Santorini is actually of this hotel It’s off the beaten path and does take some effort to go to the main towns of Santorini, they did warn me to get a car but if you don’t want to get a car this isn’t the best location

Room was a spacious and beautiful "cavern" that stayed cool. Breakfast was excellent, staff was delightful. Can't think of anything!

We loved the beautiful ocean view from our spotless room, the warm and friendly hospitality from the owner and staff, and the unforgettable meals made with care and fresh ingredients by the amazing chef. There was truly nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations.

This is a true hidden gem, from the property to the staff! Yvonne and Artemios take great pride in the maintenance and history of their property. It was once owned by Artemios's grandfather including the 600 year old church, St. Artemios, which Artemios is named after. The church has a plaque inside of its owners dating back to 1400. Mirsini, in reception was so attentive from the moment I emailed her months before our family of five adults arrival. She ensured our stay was perfect from site seeing recommendations to restaurants and made us feel like family! She recommended their sunrise and it did not disappoint! We ate at the 16 room Inn for most of our 4 night stay! John the chef is an amazingly talented young man who cooked the freshest, authentic Greek meals and looked after our families needs. John and Flutura ensured we had everything we needed to order and enjoy our meals. I really miss the Aghios salad! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and I couldn’t finish it most mornings. If you need to change your order you just to mention it. There were so many choices. Alex tended to the pool area and Angel and Christina maintained our room everyday and kept it immaculate. We stayed in unit #13 the oldest of their Traditional Cave Houses. The wifi was absolutely fine for us. We enjoyed it at all our our outdoor seating areas, under the pergola and at the pool. We could get reception sitting by our door, but they’re getting a new system in to increase usage in the units. our 2 bed, 2 bath unit was nicely appointed with mini fridge and very comfortable beds and bedding. The bathrooms had amazing large showers with great water pressure and large vanities with new fixtures. We arrived as strangers and left like family. We hope to return to this beautiful 16 room resort again with our growing family. Thank you efor a great family vacation!! Sandy from Ontario, Canada?? …that we had to leave

BE WARNED. This property is not as advertised by Booking.com. The photos are either 30years old or photoshopped. It is run down, dirty, mold growing in the bathroom, no air conditioning, wires sticking out of the ground & stray cats everywhere. It stank of cat urine & they had been in the rooms too. Everything, we left at check in. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by horrible buildings & refuse bins. The views are mediocre too & not visible from the rooms as it appears in the photos- you have to be out of your room in the communal area to see it-which is quite an achievement in Santorini which has some of the best views in the whole of Greece! It is THE WORST hotel I’ve visited & I’ve been to Greece many times. We easily found a beautiful place to stay in a proper traditional village for less money!! This hotel is misrepresented on booking.com & should be de-listed.

Very clean & wonderfully helpful staff. Good was excellent and great value too. The local Taxi service used by the Hotel is extremely reliable and prices are fixed. Very quiet location for a relaxing holiday by the Pool. It’s not in a Town or Village, which means relying on local transport to get around the Island, unless you hire a Car.

Breakfast is only meal available on site

Beautiful oasis ! The Bougainvillea next to the white cave rooms, entrance, pool and breakfast are stunning. The property is soo beautiful! We couldn’t stop talking photos. The breakfast was very good with sunrise view outside on terrace. Room ( superior) was very nice . Has 2 white robes and slippers. George was very responsive and helpful us with a clogged drain. Our flight came in at 6:35 am. At the hotel we were able to leave our belongings there and change at the bathroom located at the pool. She even offered us breakfast. We changed and took our rental car to explorer Marisni also helped us book a car and a second night! Nothing
