The view is spectacular and you could not ask for more friendly and positive staff (all our interactions were so welcoming - the only name I remember is Alexandra who served us at the restaurant, but truly they all deserve a shoutout - the 2 receptionists, the barmen, the cleaning staff.). The room was big, modern, had views on both east and west, and a lovely private terrace. The breakfast is truly exceptional and it can be served both at the restaurant and in your suite. We felt the service was very personalised - from the professional and hospitable check-in, over the welcome drink, to the wonderful sunset over a complimentary bottle of rose. Overall, the entire experience felt professional, quiet, relaxing - with true Greek hospitality. My highest praises to this hotel. You really exceeded our expectations! The cellphone signal is poor in this area (not the hotel’s fault), but the WiFi could be improved. Also - I guess because of the wind - the infinity pool is a bit colder, but everything else is absolutely flawless.

The staff was very nice and provided drinks and snacks on arrival. They upgraded our room and the views were amazing. breakfast was delicious each day and sent to our room on time. The room was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was warm. The balcony overlooking the pool and caldera was a great place to relax. You could walk right out the back door to the hiking path to Oia or Fira. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. The beautiful pool was too cold to swim in. We saw one couple jump in and right out. We would have loved to use it. The pool hours closed very early also.

Loved the location away from the busy villages yet near enough to get to the main attractions. The view of the Caldera was possibly the best in the island and sunset from the terrace to our room was queue-worthy Felt the bathrooms could have been better equipped

Fantastic service, with amazing humans running the place - starting all the way from the front desk to the people by the pool and helping with room service. The team makes an effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast in the room is a wonderful idea, and a fantastic addition to the visit. The place is well located to both observe the sunrise and the beautiful Santorini sunset all from the comfort of the resort without too much effort. It is also located slightly farther away from all the crowded places, making it a quite haven and a true slice of paradise. Given the location, connectivity to the other parts of Santorini are either quite expensive or hard to come by, depending on the season. A better idea would be to either hire a vehicle or talk to the front desk about getting a cab ahead of time.

It was perfectly located walking distance from Fira and Oia ( a slightly longer walk ) - amazing hotel, restaurant is awesome and breakfast is really good! The AC had to only come on when you enter back to the room, however when I spoke to reception they quickly sorted it out and gave me a spare key. Overall such an amazing place we will be going back!
