I liked the quiet neighborhood that you can relax after traveling for the day None

It's close to the station. The room looked old, but we only wanted a place to take a shower and sleep.

Every thing! None!

The value is good. This is not an expensive hotel and they do a nice job of keeping it up. This is not five star though! ? The employees are extremely helpful, even though they don’t really have a good grasp of English. You do have paid coffee in the main floor, which is convenient and convenience. Stores are very close for anything you need.

The rooms were comfortable and perfect for or family traveling through for the night. The view in the morning was lovely. Everything was clean. Parking on-site was helpful. It's an older hotel, so you should just expect that going in. But if you know that, there is nothing to complain about, in my opinion.

A nice view from window. My parking lot is just outside my room. Room is not small but restrictive to move around- because it has 2 washing sinks, a microwave and the separated bath and toilet.

Comfortable beds, clean accommodations. I actually liked the policy of leaving shoes by the lobby. It made the floors feel cleaner. Nice spacious shower, the common double wide Japanese shower/tub combo room. Comfortable for a taller individual like myself. Room definitely showed some signs of age. Peeling paint in the corners, old carpet and some stains on the walls. Our friend's unit seemed much cleaner, so we might have just had an especially beat up room.

Superb

Good sized room by Japan standards. Close to restaurants and station. Nice view from balcony. Half appeared renovated and half not. We were in the old section which was very dated, worn and rundown.
-
The staff is very accomodating, kind and friendly. They have lots of different vending machines with food and beverages as well as a coffee machine. The beds are super warm and confortable, the single deluxe room was fully renovated with lots of charging ports :)

room and staff nothing

The family room is big. The hotel is old. Elevator is always under repair.
-
Nice staff, value for money Building is getting renovated- we were in the unrenovated part.
-
The room had a little balcony and they provided two chairs so we could sit and enjoy the mountain views while having coffee. There is also free covered parking and the room had a microwave and a fridge. The location was great and within a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and less than 20min walk to a Don Quixote and supermarkets.
-
The spacious room The parking included in the facility The bathroom was old and the toilet was particularly small and close to the entrance door. The price felt a bit higher compared to what we had but it was high season and fireworks day in Suwa lake.
-
Quite big appartment, with 2 separate bedeooms, nice staff, parking in the garage, clean Not so well marked from the road, when we were driving we spotted it too late to turn and had to come back. Not spotlessly clean, just clean :). No any shop very close (15 min walk). One bedeoom with no separate air-condition.
