Nice place, super seaside, friendly stuff in the hotel. Provided for us 2 rooms nearby based on request. Hotel is very clean, personal is friendly. All good.

everything was exceptional, food was amazing, a lot of variety in the food, plenty of fresh tasty meat everyday, breakfast was brilliant, pools and slides were brilliant, fun and clean, Bedroom size was very good, room service was perfect, free ice cream at the beach, drinks available all day, also day time snacks available, night time fire show was special, plenty of entertainment for kids and adults no place to wash baby's feeders

Exceptional

This was our second time staying at Pegasos Resort Hotel, and once again, we were not disappointed! The beautiful, crystal-clear sea and soft, sandy beach were just as perfect as we remembered, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The pools were great, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslides—they had a blast! The food selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The daytime and evening entertainment were also fantastic, keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. While the drink selection & cocktails were fairly basic, you can still find something that hits the spot. The staff were very friendly and attentive, never begging for tips, but if you do tip, they go even further above and beyond. Overall, another wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back again! The only disadvantage is the relatively far distance from the airport (1,5-2h drive)

Avoid the beauty center as a plague. They are incompetent and greedy, workers like this should not be allowed near hotel guests. I went there to color my eyelashes, and when the staff lady only started to apply the color, I immediately said to her multiple times that I felt pain. She ignored me completely and just blasted some loud music and kept on coloring. In general the procedure was extremely painful as she'd be doing it for the first time. Now I have a chemical burn below my eye that is really painful and turning into a blob. I have a few important events to attend in the next few days. Any credible salon would refund the money for causing harm to a customer no questions asked, but those people decided to put a blame on me for not saying that I am allergic. I'm not allergic, they're just using really bad materials and have no clue how to do their jobs. Thanks for PR Ruth for at least partially recovering my funds, but my point stands - they should be fired and never allowed to work in a 5-star hotel .

Ok, so this hotel provides everything you need to make your vacation amazing. All facilities are clean. territory is quite big. Sea is very worm and clean. a lot of pools available including indoor pool. parents will understand. we travelled with kids and didn't have any infections. it really means a lot. Food is all inclusive. its is really tasty and provides variety of options. I always managed to find something new. variety of salads, different meats. all fruits are tasty and well chosen. Guests come from different countries like : UK, Germany, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Belarus, France. Not only staff but also the guests are very polite. paid WiFi costs 5 Euro a day and works really good. there is a free WiFi in a lobby. you can see that the management system is quality driven. well done! you have to wake up early to "book" a place near the pool or sea because otherwise it would not be available. Management does their best to prevent visitors from puting towels on sunbeds but still the problem exists. if you wake up at 8 am you can book a sunbed easily. I don't drink alcohol but my mother said that wine wasn't too good. for me this is irrelevant. coffee was great. taxi to Antalya costs 110 Euro if you book at reception but you can use booking. com where it costs 65 euro.

The pools are too small and overcrowded. Not so much variety and taste of the food compare to the value of the money. The furnitures are outdated, and the AC is not functioning properly.

Upon arrival, I was checked into a small room on the 5th floor. It had a very low ceiling, a small window, and a tiny balcony. It was nothing like what I had booked. The floor was tiled, so I easily estimated the room’s size. It was less than 18 square meters (the booking promised 25). I went down to the reception and asked to check if everything was correct. They told me there was no mistake and that the room category matched the one I had booked. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they immediately moved me to the third floor. This room fully matched the description and photos on the booking site. I moved my belongings and went down to return the key card. I thanked them and said that everything was fine now. They reiterated that both rooms were of the same category. I believe this to be true, but it’s the hotel's problem if they rent out rooms of different quality for the same price. In the end, the issue was resolved, but starting my vacation with such hassles was not very pleasant.
