The rooms were a bit outdated. The room could use a bit of cleaning. We tried plugging in an outlet and got a glimpse of the back of the bed and it was a bit filthy. The check in was self service and for whatever reason our booking wasnt showing up. Thankfully there is virtual staff to help but it was a bit of an inconvenience to sit there and wait for them to figure it out. The slippers in the room were used and dirty, and there was only one towel for a 2 adult stay. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner were also almost all out. I guess you get what you pay for. On the bright side, there were actual people at check out so checkout was fairly easy as they could actually help you do so.

The hotel is good and very spacious rooms good for 3 persons for each rooms the receptionist is very gentle and helpful but I have 2 things that i can't explain why this hotels is no receptionist during night time and for my 6 days stay in this hotel nobody clean the rooms.I dont see any housekeeping clean that is why I take my garbages to lounge area like left over of noodles.ect..but over all I like the hotels but not accessible if you like attraction in seouls its around 1 hour travel by taxi and train.

If there was something I have to report: There were no cups and coffee/tea in the room. You had to go get that in the lounge.

Loved the fact that our rental car had a garage in which to park. Gave us peace of mind that it was safe. Great location. Close to public transport and plenty of good, reasonably priced Korean restaurants. Staff knew very little -- almost nothing -- about food places. For example, we wanted to have a regular breakfast and thought of McDonald's. The front counter had no clue where a McDonald's was -- neither did they offer to look online. So no help. On another occasion, I needed to charge my laptop and again they didn't know where I could purchase a decent adaptor -- neither did they offer a suggestion. There was something else that was seemingly simple for a native person -- but I can't quite remember what it was. Staff should offer to be more helpful. The hotel is on a hill. If you have bad knees and you're walking, or unfit, this might not be the best hotel.

Warm bed No breakfast. Charge for early checking, no ammenity was handed to us, dirty microwave outside room, no refrigerator no bath tub shower close to toilet seat.

The front desk had nobody in the morning even though I sent them a message for dropping off my bags and they agreed.

It is close to the subway. The location was a little steep, so it was a little difficult to climb. It wasn't a room where I was sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.

Reception desk had trouble finding my reservation through booking.com but quickly helped and found it. Also espresso machine very useful , PC and internet was fast. This hotel also has big towels like in America. The pc kept reseting and would lose my temporarily downloaded games or wouldn’t finish the download.

The location is convenient. The toilet is so dirty, they don’t even clean it before guests check in. The bed is very hard to sleep on. There is no room service cleaning the toilet or changing the bedsheets on regular basis. They only come in to clear the dustbin. They don’t even change the towels, you have to ask for new one at the counter every time you want to change it.

The bathtub was really nice for my child. I went there with my 2 year old daughter. I booked a non smoking room and made sure they knew I was bringing my daughter. The first thing that hit me when I entered was an intense cigarette smell. I entered and checked out the place and there was so much dust everywhere. I found a gum on the mirror and condom wrapping on the floor. I called down and got a new room. When I entered the room there was no cigarette smell but when I turned on the AC it came back right away. So I turned it off and opened the windows instead. At nighttime it was very loud outside so I had to close them. There was so much dust everywhere in the room and the toilet seat had dirt stains on it. It was just in general very dirty. My daughter had to wear shoes inside because her socks turned black right away. I do not recommend.
