The staff at reception were great . Room was clean and apart from the small size towels provided, there was a Cosway unit for hot water or cold water . No need to refill kettle and almost instant hot water. Coffee sachets were provided so were free water bottles and canned soft drinks. You can help yourself to free coffee sachets and soft drinks at the bench near reception. A hairdryer and straightener were attached to the wall conveniently. I happened to have brought along a bigger towel so used that but my husband used the ones provided. Apparently small towel size is standard for most Incheon hotels . So I suggest if you require a larger towel bring one. The room was big and we didn't even need to switch on the heating to keep warm. We checked with them the check out time and they said 1 pm . I think they were just flexible. The hotel is very conveniently located to eateries and we took the bus to Munhak Stadium where we had saw BTS Jin ' s concerts and we also took the bus to Chinatown. We would be happy to stay there again when visiting Incheon. Nothing except maybe it would have been an idea to tell guests in advance about the towel size.

They need to find a way to cover the wife lighting it is hard to go sleep with light flashing and the air condition you can't turn off the only way is removing the key but if you need light the key needs to be in
