It was clean and in a good location.

Location. Had a handicap for my mom. First off the one room smelled like a dog had been in there and dog hair was on the chair and couch. Secondly the guy at front desk lied to me about getting my incidental money back that night back to my card. One room tv didn’t work had to be replaced.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time.

The space was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool was perfect.

Clean Someone walk in on my husband and I during sex at 9 -10 when checking out is at 11 and we also had the pad on the door they still walked in.

Room was clean, and fit our needs well. The on-floor laundry was helpful to refresh during our travels. Joseph was very helpful and friendly during checkin.

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner didn’t work, maintenance came to reset and worked for bit and stopped again. No other rooms available. Had to call and ask for a fan. Woken up by maintenance which was too late, checking out that day. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience.

The restaurant was closed due to a convention and we had to use the vending machines for our dinner. Also there was no breakfast due to the convention,\ Terrible experience. And they didn't even offer a discount due to all the problems. Will NEVER stay there again!

We booked this room last minute when our Air Bnb canceled. Our expectations weren’t high, especially because it was such a good price. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a really nice room! The little kitchen had everything you could need, and not cheap rinky dink appliances, they were updated. Then, when I checked out the bathroom, not only was it clean, and also updated, they supplied dove products, including a little dove bar of soap. What really sold me and will have me booking with them again was the thoughtfulness when they thought to put makeup wipes on the vanity. 10/10 recommend and will be back to other locations as well!

24/7 free laundry, bet was comfy and decent shower Candlewood is attached to the Holiday Inn- pool entrance didn’t work and the hours for the pool were limited. “Live music and restaurant” was more a bar with a DJ that started at 9pm on Sat
