The staff was helpful and very nice even when I came in late! Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect. The building and room seemed very clean and up to date. Room was hot, had to turn AC down every night. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast looked good but when I went for eggs they were gone and I was told they were bringing more out but they did not. The parking lot was full of work trucks parked anyway they felt taking up the lot.

Well placed with easy amenities. The over whelming smell of not legal substances, not only in the lobby, but in our hallway. The absence of a front desk representative whether we were coming in for the evening or coming downstairs to receive extra towels, we would have to wait on an average of 5 to 10 minutes before someone would come out from the back and assist us. The attitude of the person on staff the three evenings that we came in the door was horrendous. I have never felt more unwelcome than I did when we walked through the doors. Paying to stay in a place like that we’ll never happen again. I would not even purchase a room for somebody needing shelter for an evening at this location, I would drive across town and get them a place to stay before I would ever put them in the situations that we encountered at the hotel. On Friday morning breakfast was to be served starting at 6 AM. We were downstairs at 6:05 the only food available was mini muffins and apples. Staying in a room with two beds and the personal allotment of five people in the room, but only placing three bath towels in the restroom for use makes no sense to me. There was no in room coffee maker as stated in the listing. We have previously stated at this place just last year and the experience was entirely different, we were welcomed and greeted and cared for as a guest. This time not even a hello when we walked in the door. I would not recommend to anyone.

I had to put a $100 as a security deposit and 5 days later they still haven't released it

Nothing special but a perfectly fine place to say. I had zero issues.

Trashed piled up in the breakfast area/lobby which was not attended to until the end of breakfast. Elevator had a mystery white substance on the floor multiple times. Just a weird vibe, like people hanging around the hotel like they lived there and were bored being in their rooms.

Upon pulling in to the parking lot, ut looked ran down. When entering the building it had a horrible dirty smell. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but was definitely under the influence of something. She was slurring her words and barely could keep eyes open. Not to mention her bra was hanging out. On our way to the room, again everything was dirty and smelled bad. When entering the room, I noticed how dirty the walls were and when checking for bed bugs I immediately noticed how disgusting the mattresses were. Big brown stains, pretty sure it was blood. I immediately asked for a room change but nothing was available, at that point I asked for a refund do to the unsanitary conditions.

Barre minimum in room. No microwave or hair conditioner. Pool was cloudy and burned nose. Breakfast was so so. Many times staff was nowhere to be found. No closet. Had to have a passcode to use lobby restroom. Messed up our reservations. Just not good experience. I expected more for $160 per night.

The rooms were clean seems like they had been updated recently, the bed was comfortable. breakfast was bland and the pillows were small

Perfect for the nights rest we needed.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had—from the rude person at the front desk, to the filthy mattress on the pull out couch, to the dead battery in the room fire alarm that beeped every three minutes!! Asked for help from the front desk and she said no one was available—no manager, no maintenance and no cleaning service.

I liked how the king suite was set up it allowed my family of 4 and our dog to enjoy the space comfortably without feeling cramped There were peices of clear tape covering quite a few holes on numerous walls, the ceiling and the bathroom door it was to many to go unnoticed, the key card stalled quite often sometimes it clicked immediately sometimes we tried for about a minute or so before it registered

Disappointing
