Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis West

The price was right! Staff were nice. Room furnishings are very outdated. It met my needs. AC was ice cold and the bed was warm and cozy.

We liked the price, location to where we needed to go, and that it was the rare hotel that had two kings beds in a room which fit our needs. The whole entire hotel reeked of pot our entire stay which was disgusting. The room looked like it was never vacuumed. The room was also incredibly humid making the sheets feel wet. We also were approved and paid for a late check out; however within 20 minutes of the regular check out the manager was banging on our door repeatedly and telling us we were supposed to be checked out already and didn’t have a late check out and I had to show the email confirmation and receipt of extra payment which was incredibly annoying given we were using the late check out to have our young children take a nap before leaving and the banging woke them all up. The wifi also rarely worked.

Staff were very friendly and respectful. Place was clean.

I had a great experience there the staff was so polite and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back there. 😀

We walked in and saw the place and turned around and walked out and booked somewhere else.

tv could not do it cuz it was on volume 17. A/C was loud and to top it all off my shower did not work nor did the tub stopper so I got to go to my interview today unclean. This should have warranted at least a partial discount. Its not worth the money to stay here. I could have slept in my suv and had the same service. Oh and breakfast was sub-par.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location for food and drinks.

Disappointed in cleanliness. Staff was not very inviting. Better attitude w/ regards to customer service w/b a start to improve I felt like they took my presence as an intrusion.

Our room was very clean, but the elevator was non-operational through our stay, there was no do-not-disturb tag for our use in our room, and the continental breakfast ran out of many options early.

Needs updated, elevator was broke, shower was broke didn’t want to give us another room but finally did got to that room it had a smell and the doors stuck. Breakfast was not a lot of options.

pool wasnt available, breakfast didnt have many choices. only sausage as meats, only 4 containers of yogurt and 2 flavors, needs more variety. room smelled funny. bought air freshener.
