No clean room, no good staff support, very bad experience

Bathroom did not appear to be cleaned. Only new towels seem to be provided. Room floor was not sweeped and counters were not wiped down. Unsure if sheets were changed. Sheets had cigarette holes and one bed had hair from last tenants and room smelled like liquor and cigarettes. Wall in kitchen nook was dirty and wall by the air unit and door were dirty. There was tape in the back corner near the window to cover hole. Air unit had dirt and glitter all over it and had size stickers of clothing left on the bathroom shelf. Staff were more interested in what was on their phones than the guest and parking in back was horrible. Wyndham needs to have ther name removed from this building and not continue partnership. Do not stay.

The room was absolutely filthy, staff incredibly rude, no working ice machines. Police, fights, and just an absolute horrible inviorment! Id rather sleep in a tent than to ever give that place another dollar. I I fact feel like my stay should have been free considering the, filth, rudeness and just outright horrible, and dangerous inviorment. Do not stay at this place, unless, you enjoy, dirty, dangerous and drug infested inviorments!

The room was half way painted and repaired. Ac was laggy. Sink kept clogging

Word of advice to anyone thinking about booking this hotel don't because it is the most uncleaned hotel I've ever stayed in let alone it wasn't very safe with a fight happen right outside our room door and a person being slammed into our room door dearing that fight. I'll never stay there again but I will say I reported and hotel.com has very helpful correcting this mishap.

This place is an absolute dump. I don’t know that the room was cleaned at all before we checked in. There was peanut butter smeared on the phone cord on the bed side table. The shower was filthy. The bathroom is so small the sink is outside of it and you can’t close and open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. Free breakfast said it was offered but when I went to the desk to ask where breakfast was served he pointed to a small table next to a coffee maker and looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was so stunned by the rudeness I left before even mentioning how disgusting my room was. Staff is unhelpful and rude. While waiting at the desk to ask where breakfast was located another guest was checking in and the woman checking them in accepted a phone call on her cell phone while checking them in. On top of how filthy it was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was old and rock hard with three pillows, an Odd amount for a room that sleeps 2. There was absolutely nothing positive about this stay.

Staff was very nice and patient The hotel had been completely sold out since 10-12 hours before I ever placed my reservation. So I wasn't able to even get a room at this property

Nothing Rude staff. Staff couldn't give you directions how to get to the room. The full size refrigerator room hummed like a freaking jet plane air conditioning was even louder the other tenants were loud room was dirty got for morning for your continental breakfast there was nothing there check out stuff with rude

Was told 267$ for the weekend we rented 2 rooms after we got there and checked in we were told 100$ deposit. When we got ready to leave asked about the refund on rooms 1of the workers said would get money back by end of day. I checked balance the next morning no refund. I called and then they said it takes 5 days for the refund

The room smelled like cat urine and cigarettes, the basin leaked water on the floor when I washed my hands or face. $100 deposit when checking in that was not mentioned at time of booking
