No hot water the entire 3 day stay. Couldn't flush toilet third day due to no water supply to toilet. No toilet paper first night.

Like a crime scene and a very dirty bed, I had to go out to sleep in the car.

The front door had a great pass code to get into the room but the door itself had at least an inch of no seal top and bottom,bathtub was disgusting,I killed at least 1 bug and found 2 screws and a nail (from a nail gun) on the floor, smoke detector was not there. When asked about the advertised pool I was told the owner refuses to open it due to unknown reasons. When I went to check put there was nobody in the lobby and nobody answered the phone when I called several times. I left a msg at 530am as I had a flight to catch. I do not recommend this hotel the only good thing about it was the couple of staff I spoke to. I honestly feel bad for them having to work there!

Do not rent a room here. Everything is run down and they had to find me 3 different rooms without someone's stuff already in it.

I had no refrigerator or microwave! The carpet floors needs replaced. Just not worth the money. When we pulled up to the building, we were like what the hell.

Just a cheap hotel before flight

Staff was nice. The place was beyond deplorable. They had rooms that were vacant and full of holes, trash and who knows what else. The grounds and the pool were disgusting, the building looked like something from a horror show and needed to be burned down. It needs to be condemned.

Terrible conditions. Room was mostly dirty and the floor in the bathroom was so soft I thought I might fall through. I think we may have bedbugs from this place. Door deadbolt didnt work at all - likely from being kicked in. Room was booked as double queen, but I was told they could only give a king upon arrival. Thankfully I was a late arrival only staying a few hours. Avoid this place!

Let it be known, I did not stay at Exceed Inn Airport South in Indianapolis. However, I had experienced exceptional customer service over the phone with two employees (possibly) regarding a cancellation I had booked earlier. The desk clerk was compassionate and forthright in getting back to me with instructions on how to properly cancel. There were multiple calls made to my phone before I called them back to confer the information. I was happy with how they responded! I was sorry that my change of plans disallowed me the experience to stay at the Exceed Inn Indianapolis.

The condition of this property was so disgusting, I didn’t even get out of my car to go in and register. This was the type of property where each room is open to the parking lot, which is fine except that there were doors that had been kicked in and the holes in the doors had still not been fixed. Some of the doors had knobs and locks missing, leaving holes in the doors. I’m guessing they only rent out the rooms that are more secure, but there was nothing about this property that made me feel safe. And there was no clear signage directing you to where to check in or the front desk. Nothing on any of the buildings or the doors or the windows. I forfeited my prepaid Expedia fee, yes, it was that bad.

I've stayed in some run-down areas/places but this would have to improve 1000% to reach those levels. Bailed at last minute and took something else nearby. Only time in my life a hotel has actually frightened me. Anything and everything.

They said I stole a roku from the television that i didnt even know was there and charged me $30.
