The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Nice having a fridge and stovetop. There were a few older things in the room that needed maintenance attention, but everything was functional. The hallway smelled like another guest was smoking and outside there was a lot of garbage and cigarette butts which gave it a low end feel.

My the enamel on the tub was peeling with big chunks missing The bathroom sink had stains on it The door to the room was hard to open and close My grandson and I were at the front desk trying to get help and there was someone drinking a beer !! And the website picture for this property is very misleading!!!!

Amazing clean rooms hotel workers nice

When we first got there we were told the room was over booked and at first it seem like we would have to find another hotel but luckily we were upgraded to a bigger room which I was thankful for. The room itself was not the cleanest. The staff was kind . Personally I like a more updated hotel and would not return to this hotel but it worked since we didn’t spend much time in the room itself.

I will say that the lobby was pleasant and the agent at the desk, I think his name was Mark, was amazing, he was polite and friendly. I felt bad for Mark as he kept apologizing for things we asked about, pool not open, no ice machines, they ran out of pillows (offered us additional sheets instead). This was the only good thing about this hotel. We were on the second floor and as soon as we arrived on the floor, we were greeted with a strong smell of weed that lasted the entire weekend, in a non-smoking hotel. Other than the wood floor, the room was terrible, smoke detectors look like they have been there since the 1980’s, the electrical panel wouldn’t stay closed, one of the heater/a/c units wouldn’t work. We pulled out the sofa sleeper to find a terribly stained mattress, not usable. The shower tiles and bathtub were chipped and there was a hole in the wall where the shower comes out. We tried to get a couple of extra pillows, but they ran out, offered us some additional sheets instead. The free breakfast was granola bars, small single serve muffins, coffee, oatmeal packets (no bowls or hot water to make it). No fruit, no juice, it was just sad. I would be ashamed to have my brand associated with this location. Unfortunately, due to an event, we had no choice as there were no rooms available in the area or they cost an arm and a leg.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was something on top of my blanket that looked like dried shredded cheese. Also said they had free breakfast but it was only small pre packaged muffins. Hallways smelled kind of weird kind of like cig smoke. Only stayed there one night to go to a concert at Lucas oil stadium.

This place is disgusting! The mattress is filthy ! The furniture is non unusable and dirty! Do not stay here it is terrible!!!!!

It’s was obnoxious having guest up and down the hall in the later hours and the person across from us opening and closing the door all night long. The place reeks of cigarette and pot. The room itself was dirty and ran down. The cleanest item there was the soap maybe? I am so grateful I stayed only one night! It was deplorable. Trust the reviews! The gentleman at check in was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: the bathroom felt hazardous. Room 236 mold on shower curtain and shower/tub breaking apart. Very noisy for all the time we were there- all hours. No blanket only sheet and thin decorative cover think as a sheet. Air conditioner was 6” from one side of bed.

Rooms could've been cleaner. Floors were gross. Bathroom was dated and looked dirty. No trashcan. No iron. No blow dryer. Overall would not recommend hotel.

Trash located in the common areas of the hotel. I elevator panel had broken free from the side wall of the elevator.

The room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked great. No problems with a/c. Everything for the most part was good. Parking wasn’t bad at all. I had a spot right by my room everyday. The staff was polite as well. The laundry room was clean and pricing was fair. The shower head barely worked, one of the cook tops didn’t work, the “bar lock” on the door was broke when we arrived so we couldn’t lock our door, they say they have breakfast but they really only have coffee, muffins, & granola bars

The hotel was disgusting. We only stayed one night and then booked a new hotel.

The bathroom paint in the tub was peeling when asked for another room they said they couldn’t not to mention the reason why ALLthe tubs are like that was due to not enough funding … there was fights outside in parking lot and in rooms we were mistakenly put in handcuffs with my daughter with me because we were mistaken for another couple … would not give Extra towels etc when asked . That place needs shut down ..

Was booked into king room. Received queen bed room that was I hope never rented except when which they are full, which happens except indy 500. She said she had no king rooms despite booking in June last year. They figured they had a great price so give them the worse. They also blamned you for the booking saying to always call property to confirm room. Nothing in room such ss glasses or hair dryer I mean nothing. No extra toilet paper so we used ours. Bath tub was ugly and in extreme need of replacement. Seemed to be no ice on property. Walls needed painting. Have image of transients living there. Have photos if you'd like. I feel we're due a partial refund because of wrong room and condition of the room.
