Close to everything downtown

Most Disappointing Hyat property that I've ever been to. Actually left and stayed across the street at the Embassy. Room smelt dirty like mold. Lobby was amazing, rooms were probably the worst I've been to.
-
Nice property close to Gainbridge Arena. Safe area. Very clean. Rooms are a bit on the stark side but comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking a bit pricey but worth it for safety. Would return.

When I asked the receptionist if they had a store so we could buy a few things. She said, no, they only had 2 vending machines. The next day after we had settled in from our travel. We saw clearly there was a big store not far from reception. Irksome.

It’s a perfect location to stay downtown I expected more of the room , breakfast and pool for what I paid for my room
-
Lots of construction around the hotel at this time. Didn’t feel it once inside the hotel.
-
What I disliked..... the 2 phones in my room did not work. The faucet in the bathroom had very little water pressure and it splashed water onto the counter and mirror.
-
Hotel room was dirty, there were cables out that should have been hidden, wallpaper was bubbling up in the bathroom, & fire alarm's cover was hanging off the alarm by wires.

Our room was dirty. Their was red goop smeared on mirrors. Housekeeping entered my room unannounced twice. Parking was outrageous.
