Ironworks Hotel Indy

Loved the Nespresso coffee in the room and the stylish decor, along with thoughtful outlets, etc. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I believe they were heavy feather ones. When I mentioned that at the front desk she said they were working on getting them fluffed. I don't think that will do the trick. Maybe mix in some foam pillows as well so there's an option? There were four on the queen bed-- even one soft pillow would have really helped.

Excellent hotel and restaurants!

First time staying and we LOVED it! The staff were friendly and helpful. The girl that checked us in upgraded our room ( no extra charge) after hearing that we were celebrating our anniversary that weekend.

Overall great experience from the moment we arrived. Very unique vibe, great room, amazing steakhouse, staff could not be more helpful. I already booked another stay here for the next time I am in Indy

Staff was nice rooms. Had dust in my refrigerator. Also had some half drink waters in there. My coffee maker wasn’t really working and it also had older coffee water that had been sitting there for heck knows how long in the part where you put the little container with the ground. It never ended up working anyway, so I guess it didn’t matter. Elevator was out so it was a pretty big commitment if you decided to go down or come back up.

I love the location and theming of the property! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable! The only issue was the sink had some problems draining but I’m not sure that was even in the hotel’s control with all the flooding currently happening in Indiana affecting the plumbing.

Doorman and Checkin staff were very helpful. The room sounded like apartment living (can hear people walking on the floor and talking)! The room smelled of strong urine. I asked housekeeping about it, but they couldn’t smell it. Room was nice, but it smelled musky (I think from the mold around the shower floor and shower door). Around the toilet smelled heavily of urine and I had to bleach it twice and clean it myself. Beds were comfy and clean. Really nice hotel and layout. I love the wood and metal.
