Nothing.........worst place to stay.............Never stay in FABHOTELS Imperial Regency Indore. They are cheaters, rude, unprofessional. FABHOTELS customer care don't provide any support, so it's better to find some other better options. The overall rating of the Fabhotels Hotel Imperial Regency is WORST 1. Staff was rude and unprofessional. 2. Check-in was provided at 3:03 pm even when the customer arrived at the hotel reception at 2:15 pm. At 1:35 pm, it was confirmed by the customer to the hotel that he is arriving in 30-45 minutes. The room was not even prepared or cleaned for the customer. The official time for the customer according to hotel rules was 12:00 noon. Even after check in at 3:03 pm the bedsheets were still dirty and the staff was asking for more time for cleaning and was arguing that why these dirty bedsheets matter for you? 3. We made multiple calls to FABHOTELS customer care but no support was provided. 4. Blocked water wastage system. 5. The wardrobe was damaged. 6. Glass was missing from the visitor door hole. So it was a direct attack on the customer’s privacy. 7. The bedding was super bad. The springs of the mattress are directly felt whenever we sit or lay on the bed. 8. The towel provided by the hotel was super dirty. 9. Staff was challenging the customer to take whatever action customer wants. Staff clearly said "we know that we are not providing you correct service room, treatment and services but we won't do anything. You can do whatever you want.” 10. Door chain was broken. 11. This is my worst experience.

We had an amazing stay at FabHotel Imperial Regency Indore! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to all the major attractions in Indore. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Indore.
