Smoke smell coming in thru bathroom, in spite of choosing non-smoking room.

I noticed that the staff is very well trained. The rooms are well maintained. The food choices are over the top. Room rates are reasonable. All in all, if anybody is looking for a hassle free stay, this is the place to be. The hotel gym needs a bigger place and a lot more equipment.

The rooms were dirty and left out garbage previously in room , washroom door latch was broken ,ac was not working we called the staff , he also was not able to fix it ,we had to sleep in room without a fan of ac for the night

There was a light that would not turn off. I tried to sleep with it on unsuccessfully. I called the front desk. A very nice young man from the Engineering dept., and from Orissa, came at 1:15 am and quickly and efficiently solved the problem! Shout out to him!

All is well but bed it's very small that is not comfortable for two person and bathroom is also small not good for relax ?

The rooms did not meet Marriott's cleanliness standards. One of the three rooms had a distinct odor, prompting a room change by the hotel. Furthermore, the bathrooms exhibited unsatisfactory cleanliness, with rusted & stained accessories and leaking bath

I was very happy with the staff, very friendly and helpful. Always attentive going out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist any way they can Breakfast and evening buffet was a bit repetitive for an extended stay.

Nothing. Worst room. The washroom was very dirty... Washroom is leaking. The view from the room was also very bad... Ppl are drinking alcohol openly day and night which you can see from the room view. Complained many times but no one can listen. Requesting many times for room change but they didn't listen. Never visit again.

Front desk staff were hopeless. Have charged me twice for the room. Once on 18th on our arrival and 2nd time on 21st at the time of departure inspite of informing that it has been charged. After arrival back at Goa, I checked my credit card statement and found that they have charged me twice . I have informed Fairfield Marriott Indore to refund the amount. House keeping was poor, no face or hand towels in room, one has to ask for it. For 2 days they did not clean the room inspite of informing the front desk while going out in the evening one 18th. F & B staff and chef were extremely good, curtious and humble. Food was good.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott, Indore, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, especially considering the brand's reputation. Firstly, the room service and hospitality were extremely slow. Basic requests like towels took a long time to be fulfilled. I had also informed the staff about my itineraries, but there was no follow-up or assistance from their end. The overall responsiveness was disappointing. The most frustrating part of my stay was the valet service. The valet not only mishandled my car but due to clear negligence, the front side of my car was damaged. No one took responsibility or even apologized sincerely. Despite this, I had no choice but to drive the same damaged car for over 700 km. This shows a serious lack of care and accountability. For a hotel under the Marriott banner, I expected far better service and professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards of service and guest care.
