The hotel location is perfect! 50 meters away from BCC, Friendly staff, Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and the female receptionist was so helpful with everything I would definitely stay here again!

NOTHING ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL BEDS ARE OF QUEEN SIZE NOT A SINGLE NIGHT HAVE RELIEF ON BED

Nothing Service and staff behaviour is very poor Electricity went off at 4 am in the morning and came at around 8 am and the staff was behaving as it is normal I WAS WITH 2 KIDS AND THEY DIDINT HELP ME OUT. AT CHECK OUT I ASK THEM FOR COMPENSATION AND THEY DENIED.

Nothing except location Property is rated 5 star on your site and i was trapped.room size 10×12',bathroom 6×4',tv not working.no dental kit,even soap absent.got sandwitches packed at 8 am because no breakfast was prepared till then.I have used your site many times in past but no loyalty now.either you are befooled or me. I immediatly booked sayaji hotel and shifted in morning as they were not ready to return any money.after lot of hot shots they refund me one days charges.
