The location of the hotel is very good as it's on the sayaji square, everything for shopping, travel and rest are within mins of travel. The room was quite, but the hotel TV didn't worked for a day as the cable was not recharged. The room service is on request you need to ask to get the room cleaned and if you require water for drinking. The breakfast - I stayed for 02 consecutive day. On day 01 - I was 15 mins late for the breakfast and was only offered tea while rest of the hotel staff was having their own breakfast. When I asked about the breakfast no one responded well. And I wasn't offered the breakfast and only communication that came to me was the time is over as they only serve breakfast from 08-10 AM. On the 2nd day - I went for the breakfast on 08:00 sharp and the breakfast was not even prepared, only found one thing in breakfast that was Poha and that too was not cooked well. Note: the hotel staff won't call you for the breakfast. The only thing I had in both days was tea. If you travel I recommend you to have stay without breakfast as the charges for breakfast is not worth. You can have your own breakfast as you wish at much lesser cost without compromising the quality of food If you have any query : Please chase them till they don't resolve it, if you don't live with it.

I loved the room and services. Room was very neat & clean. Especially food was amazing. It was a happy experience. Staff were also cooperative and polite.

Poor meals, dirty hotel, no manners Felt insecure, staff access your rooms when you are not there and pretend not to have the possibility to enter your room. Very unsafe place, no facility, cold water. I had to place a chair against the door while I sleep, felt so unsafe. Women not advised to stay there. Safety concerns. No humanity. Money minded personnel. Dirty rooms.

Reached indore for a big national event, crappy place has no boooking in my name , fabhotel equally useless giving reference number and zero help in such a situation.
