They didn't give us checkin saying that they are sold out for the night, even though i had a booking confirmation voucher

Rooms are big enough and clean. Everything was good untill i booked hotel online with less price the receptionist sounded frustrated just because i booked a room at very low price. They refuse to give me water bottle. Depsite asking the room did not have setup box to watch TV. There was no hot water on 1st day and last day of stay. i had checked out and had to checkin again as my stay got extended the hotel refused to give me water bottle just because i got room at lower price then they offered. WIFI most of the time did not work

Hospitality is very good and staff is good and specially thanks to Vasudev for their service. Overall experience and taste is good. I have done breakfast for 2 days and variety of breakfast is sufficient

Room are well constructed. Proper hygiene in washroom Basic facilities like Towels, shop were not provided. Bathroom slippers should be kept. Small Cockroaches were roaming. Alcohol bottles were kept in drawer. They were not thrown out.

Convenience with a pet friendly policy. No effort at keeping the rooms clean. Sheets were stained. Had to ask them to provide towels and soap!
