The food quality was very good.Peace and cool place.Mr Sandeep Brave and Mr.Samarth is outstanding.Miss Vaishnavi on the front desk is also helpful and outstanding.

New and clean. Polite staff. Spa had good treatments. Clean gym. Good food. Mattresses were horrible. Ended up w back pain.

Stayed here to attend wedding on site. All the stagings for different events were beautiful. Lady staff on ground floor in saris were very kind and helpful to guest At first, we could only access floor of our room, even though many guests were family and friends of bride and groom and wanted to visit one another on different floors. Hotel staff changed access privileges when asked

It is located at a good location in city The rooms are not clean, it has bad smell, the carpet in the room looks dirty and smells a lot. I have to ask the hotel to change the room which took 2 days. The gym is very small with limited equipments. The hotel has canceled my booking without informing me. I have to ask booking.com to resolve the issue which took long time and I was waiting in the lobby after 36 hours of journey from USA. The hotel has told me that there is no room available so you have to leave. When booking.com interfered, I got the room. It was very painful experience. It’s not a good hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Location and food were good In the middle of the night the staff started moving furniture in a restaurant right above my room creating a ruckus. I complained to the manager who rather than listening to the complaint first started arguing that everything is fine. Then reluctantly sent someone, who stopped the noise, only for it to restart in 10 minutes. Happened 3 times, pathetic experience.

We stayed for one night at Wow Crest Indore. It is a pet friendly hotel and we were travelling with a pet. We were upgraded to a larger, spacious room and got some free pet amenities! Food and the breakfast spread was delicious. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was warm and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay! The location of the hotel is right in the centre of the city!
