I did like the location of the property as it is located in residential area and away from all the city noises. Also people who want to go to Ujjain it’s the best place to catch the AC/Non AC skyline buses from the main road. Nearby lot of breakfast options are available and small market in case you need anything essential. I did not like the rooms as they are very badly maintained. Washrooms are not cleaned properly and they sting badly. Bed and pillows are dirty. I didn’t find staff helpful.
