Every single member of staff I met from the moment I arrived to the moment I left were warm, helpful, authentic, and human. At every point they were accommodating and friendly and made so many little things about the trip so much easier. Every hotel in the world will tell you 'welcome' but this hotel was the first in a long time that actually made me feel welcome. The hotel is a little further out from town than I expected but that made it closer to the venue of the event I was attending ( a wedding) so it was convenient for me. There are also regular busses or a short taxi ride to get into the city centre, which I did, and was pleasantly surprised at what a lovely little city it is.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Clean and new bathrooms. Easy way to park a car very closest the hotel. Friendly staff. Nothing.

Located in an industrial area with (what appeared to be) refugees hanging around on the corners. Surrounding restaurants closed quite early, so only McDonald's and Subway available.
