As someone who spends 10–15 days a month in hotels due to work, I have almost never left a review before. But this experience was too bad not to share. When choosing a hotel, I usually pay attention to it being quiet, close to highways, having no parking issues, and being near essentials like gas stations, markets, or fast food places. This time was no different. I checked in on 19.04. After a long drive, I went to bed early. Around 11:30 PM, I woke up suddenly to an extremely loud alarm noise. While trying to understand what was going on, I instinctively removed the alarm device from the ceiling. It’s not a complicated system at all—just a simple device that comes off easily with a slight twist and can be put back in place in no more than 5 seconds. Shortly after, I realized the noise was also coming from other rooms. About 10 minutes later, firefighters, ambulances, and police arrived. We were all rushed outside and had to wait in the cold for about an hour. There was no fire and no real emergency. It was either a false alarm or someone’s mistake. In that chaos, no one gave a proper explanation. Later, I spoke with some long-term guests at the hotel, and they mentioned that incidents like this happen from time to time. The next morning, I woke up early, put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, and left for work. Around 8:30 AM, I received a phone call. Someone claiming to be the building manager said he had entered my room and reinstalled the alarm I had removed. Naturally, I asked why he entered my room without informing me beforehand. He said it was “urgent.” However, the real reason became clear later: I was charged 250 euros for this. So I ask: if this was truly “urgent,” why was nothing done between 11:30 PM and 8:30 AM? We’re talking about something anyone can easily handle, a simple action that takes 5 seconds. How is it justified to come during working hours, do this, and charge 250 euros?

Also the cleaning around my room was so loud that my walls were shaking Mobile internet has no signal at the building And at the entrance there is no wifi code So it’s impossible to use digital key I was so angry

Good value for money, but the position is not central, for us was ok, because this is what we needed. That you have to do all on your own, of course on this price, but we have to stayba lot until complete eveeyrhing and the computer keep blocking, it was late and it blocked so many times so we could not finish and we called on the number, but the lady was nice and helped. If they work a bit to improve this, will be great

Room was clean and comfortable. Gas station and fast food within walking distance. Plenty of on-site parking. Check-in process is a McNightmare. Despite the clean and comfortable room, everything else leaves you "on edge" because IF you get locked out (for whatever reason), you're screwed. So, I took my belongings with me whenever I left the room. It's next to impossible to get a human being on the phone to speak with, so the whole concept of this hotel seems to be "you're on your own". After check-out (11AM sharp), you cannot get back into the room, even if you left something of importance. All things considered, I won't return. From now on, I will only stay in hotels with a staff of at least 1 human on location.

Simply amazing. Super cool design and renovation. The size of the room is just right. No staff - everything in your phone and works perfectly. Comfy bed, AC, bathroom - all good. Really big and nice TV with opportunity to cast from your device. Good Wi-FI as well. And amazing value for money. The only thing - some construction works started at the hotel at 10 am. We weren't sleeping already, but still it was a bit annoying.

Convenient check in and closer to the city.

The bathroom had a weird smell coming from the pipes and the fan was pretty loud (weirdly it was turning on when the light of the toilet was off). The self-check in was not explained greatly, and the assistance system with AI on whatsapp was not efficient at all (probably a better technology must be chosen for smth like this). Furthermore there has been a situation, few hours after the booking I got a message on whatsapp from a weird number, claiming to confirm my stay by clicking on a link, it was pretty clear that it was a sort of a scam, but they had data of the reservation such as date, booking number, my name and my phone number too. I wrote to both McDreams and Booking.com about that and unfortunately none of them had a proactive and collaborative reaction to this, McDreams denied immediately any involvement in this data leak (failing though to provide the reasons why they were so sure about it, besides a vague mention to a check by the IT-team), and the assistance of Booking.com did not reply AT ALL, which is absurd in such a situation. I don't know where this leak was coming from, but certainly the case was not treated properly by neither Hotel or Booking.

Very clean

Was just the perfect place to spend the night as a stopover on a longer trip. Didn't expect more and was delighted, that the room matched the description. The instructions could have been sent in advance, as multiple customers were stumped at the checkin terminal and it wasn't clear, whether an online checkin could allow one to just go to the room (answer: yes).

The room lock is awful. I had to download the video instructions just to understand how it works. Perhaps it's a common lock type in Bavaria, but to a foreigner it looked strange.
-
Clean, good communication a few places to eat, calm place good for owner night stay The pillows could be more comfortable ant the bathroom could use more storage
