The check-in staff was very friendly and family room was very spacious, nice and clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly at both restaurants and the food was good albeit a little pricey. The breakfast is well worth the extra to have it included. There is a large selection of different foods, drinks, and pastries all which seemed of very good quality for a breakfast buffet.

We left before breakfast was available because of a long trip. Nothing I can think of for now. It was a one-night stay only.

The property is beautiful! The interior furnishings are top notch and the staff is very friendly. The pool and sauna are amazing - so relaxing! The rooms are luxuriously comfortable and very quiet.

The hotel was exceptionally well kept, the rooms were well appointed and stylish, large bathroom with a lovely shower, the staff was friendly and very helpful, excellent bistro… didn't use the pool or try their breakfast. Don’t know if the location was anything to mention - it was an overnight stay but overall, an excellent experience. No fault found.

The bed is clean and comfortable, restaurant on site is excellent. The cleanliness and quality service on friendly staff.top class service.

The service quality was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay very comfortable and welcoming. The location is also a big plus. The Audi Museum is only about 10 to 15 minutes by car and is an absolutely fantastic experience, especially for car enthusiasts.

The staff were incredibly professional and kind; beautiful bars, great atmosphere, fantastic location. All this for an incredible price. The only downside was that the waste bins in the hotel did not have a liner; and my room had a nice view of a brick wall.

A really comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with excellent AC — perfect for the summer heat. There’s a good restaurant and a great breakfast to start the day. Underground parking is available (around €13/day), bookable through the hotel with easy access via license plate recognition. Nothing we didn’t like .

The room lock was broken, so anyone could have entered into the room while we were sleeping
