Interesting hotel design. We reserved a double room. On arrival they did not have a double bed room left. So one of us ended on the couch which was not sleepable. Tolerated for a night, but not acceptable.

They amenities, no hair conditioner in junior suite. Not possible to connect to Netflix not even with hdmi from your computer.

A lot of thought and care has gone into the design of the interior. It was extremely comfortable and the staff was great. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Balconies needed a good cleaning.

It was a delightful vacation with our little dog. You can visit the Wildpark Am Baggerrsee, Audi museum or a center of Ingolstadt. The breakfeast was delicious. They have something for everybody - sugar lovers, healthy eaters or even a traditional egg and bacon eaters. We would love to have the option to book the romantic time in the spa, just for us. But unfortunately there isn't this option.

The Christmas decorations gave the breakfast area a great seasonal feel. The staff (Alexandra) was extremely helpful in finding a restaurant in the area. Everything was very good, can't think of anything I'd like to see improved... maybe weisswurst for breakfast...

polite service, staff let us keep our suitcases in a storage room while we were out of the hotel after checking out time. The rooms had themes (jungle, coral) it was amusing, all facilities in the room were excellent
