ING Hotel by WMM Hotels

Nothing I wouldn't recommend this place. The room was supposed to be ready but it wasn't. No soap no toilet paper. Dirty floor, shower leaking on the floor making a mess in the bathroom. Probably won't stay more than 1 night. Contacting property was only possible when you booked your stay. If you needed something they would totally ignore the messages.

It was all good, except the pillows were really really bad. Couldnt get a proper sleep.

There is just 1 or 2 utensils. There is no material to wash the dishes. Also there is loud noise coming from the road.

There was a garage there with lots of free places. Nice large room, large double bed and a TV. Lighting and wall outlets at conveniente places. Location is close to AUDI museum, a nice shopping mall, a park and downtown Ingolstadt. There is also a WWI museum worth visiting. No curtains for day use. No cooking in the kitchenette.

Nothing Terrible experience. Very unhelpful people. We couldn't get in, and we were exhausted. They won't give us a refund.

Bad quality pillows, dirty blankets, and no topper on the mattresses. Not secured wifi network.

Location, the check-in/ check-out system, kitchen corner, the bigger rooms on the higher floor. I booked 2 bigger rooms, but got 1 bigger and 1 smaller on 2 different floors, not mentioning that I asked to be located closer to each other. I was offered to be moved but at 9pm or so, tired from driving for 7 hours I did not want to be kept up any longer. I know that the price for both room types was the same, but it was not what I booked and it made our stay less convenient as we traveled together.

On the ground floor there is a bakery with a wide selection of croissants and buns We got the door code later than the check in time. When I changed the email address in the form and resent the request for the code - then it received. Later the host also resent the code. But we had to be nervous, including because the day of check-in coincided with a national holiday and there was a feeling that no one would answer us. As there are no such reviews from other guests, seems that we faced with some technical issues and it is not a common situation. In addition: there was no air conditioning in the room and the windows faced a noisy road, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. The WiFi is very poor. For me this type of accommodation is passable because it is very uncomfortable to wait for the door code an hour before check in and especially didn’t get it in time due to their technical issues

Everything is logical/visible. Check-in possibilities are a big + for groups/couples etc. that are coming from other countries. Can't say anything. Everything was great!

Everything was ok. Clean room, hotel close to the city center. Aldi in the neighbourhood. There was a great bakery in the same building, when you can buy delicious sweet buns or delicious sandwiches or order a breakfast. Leaking shower cabine

The position is good. 15 minutes walk to the city center and a bar for breakfast is at the ground floor. Parking good. There were something like 27-28 degrees in the room in March. The heating is always on and the floor always warm. It was impossible to sleep. Keeping the window open wasn't an option as there is a road with a lot of traffic just in front of the building. I wrote the staff about the problem at around 8 am and they first told me that someone would have come during the day. Nobody came and they simply stop replying. Staff simply makes fun of you. I'm going to open a dispute with my bank now

I liked how tidy my room was, I also liked how modern it was. I had enough space to walk around and the beds were clean and well presented. I didn't like the fact the hotel had no air conditioning and I couldn't control the heating, I was too warm, especially at night. Also, when I called about the heating, the customer service I received was quite rude and unresponsive. I also saw a bug in the bathroom at one point. Lastly, my water went cold at some point.
