It's not clean lots of hair in the shower and floor of the bathroom reception took long time to check us in .

The staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was okay, nothing more than I expected. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Last but not least, the location was excellent. If you’re arriving from Munich Airport, the bus drops you right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus. Overall, I had a great stay at NH Hotels and I highly recommend it! The room was a cold, but that was mostly my fault, I couldn’t find the heating switch, as it was somewhat hidden ?. Still, I wish there had been a clearer or more intuitive way to guide guests to it.

The room was clean and spacious. When we booked, we specifically looked for a hotel room with a bathtub. Even when we did the "online check in", the room supposedly had a combined shower and bathtub. But when we arrived there was a shower only. There was some annoying noise for the whole night and the bed was not so comfortable.

Parking lot I recently stayed at your hotel on 17–18 August 2025 in room 215. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention: • The room was provided with only one bathrobe, and it was damaged/torn. • There were no facial tissues available in the room. • The desk lamp had cobwebs, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your standard. These issues do not reflect the quality and cleanliness I expect from a 4-star hotel under the NH brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service and room preparation for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good location along the highway no. 9, just 1h drive to Munich.

The staff is very nice and helpful all the time. The rooms are nice. The duvets are smaller than the beds.

Very helpful staff. Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The day upon arrival I got a phone call with info there is no room left due to system error! Hotel staff told me there is no free room and they offer me other hotel, not the same standard, not the same conditions. Finally I Got the room but what I experienced! No help,nothing. No sorry, no complimentary drink,breakfast this is the customer service?? I don't recommend this place.

Great location for my weekend

Spacious room, bathroom ok ( NH standard), breakfast room nice, breakfast very good. The hotel is great for an overnight stay to travel onwards on the A9, 3 minutes to return to the motorway and a fuel station just next to the hotel. Extra charge for parking, offer for breakfast astonishingly on a 50% discount "just today"... one shouldn't book breakfast in advance, as is costs twice the price.

Everything was ok. Maybe location is a bit far from the centre, but it is not a big problem. The rest is completely fine
