MO Hotel by WMM Hotels

Great location!

It was clean, beds are nice, nice view of Dollstraße. Heating not working even when turned on maximum. People bangin floors and doors, partying in their rooms and being loud even after 22 (loud techno music could be heard even after 2AM) - basically no control over what's happening in the hotel since the support call is open till 22:00

I liked the fact that I thought I had a room The hotel sent me a code to open my room door. The code did not work. I spent 4 hours trying to open the door and trying to call the remote agency that handles MO customers. I got only recorded messages. I ultimately could not get into the room I paid for. I found a room in another hotel. MO kept the money charged to my credit card. I visited the tourist information office that was just around the corner. They said that frequently MO customers have problems getting into their rooms. If you book a room with MO, good luck getting into the room, which might be quite nice. I wouldn’t know. I never managed to see my room.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, handy to have a fridge and some other kitchen stuff. There was no hot water either in the sink or the shower. I had emailed the hotel only to be told to "let the water run a little longer". I think we all know how to operate a tap whether it be a shower or a sink. I would have preferred some action- ie a new room, or some honesty - ie this happens some times and here is what we will do about it. Thought maybe it was the timing since we arrived after 4pm (even tho that isn't acceptable) and we would check in the morning to see if the hot water was back (it wasn't) The bathroom door is on a motion sensor so it turns on the light and fan when you open it. Not so great for sleeping, especially for the other person if you are not alone. There is a consistent beep in the hallway like a dying fire alarm that you can hear through our door.

The Hotel was easy to find, the room was clean and comfortable. The utilities were nice. For the price of the Hotel in Ingolstadt it's good. The main door doesnt have a lock/code de get inside, which made me feel unsafe. Please put a lock/safe code on the front door. Entry of the Hotel between 2 big bins which isnt very nice. The fridge was making noise all night long. Please put salt and pepper in the cuboards for poeple to cook in the little kitchen it would be much appreciated.

It was a good stay overall. It was much better than I expected. The location is great and check in was simple. Facilities are also very generous.

It was not possible to enter the apartment - the door key provided did not work when we arrived at night. It was not possible to contact with the owner. We had to sleep in the car in the cold

It was nice that it was self check in as we arrived late. The location is good but comes at a cost, super load on the street. It was really hot in the rooms and no air conditioning, it’s kinda OK if you open the windows but then it’s super loud/noisy all night on the street. The bathroom floor was dirty, the flush button from the toilet was missing/broken, the hallway walls of the hotel were gross, moldy.

Nothing! We arrived in the front of the hotel and we didn’t recived the code to enter. I called to the number that was on website but nobody answerd. because they don't have free cancellation, they stopped my money, and we couldn't enter the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel at all! we had to find another accommodation after 10 hours of travel, tired and pay for another. I did not manage to recover the money from MO hotel, which is not normal at all! absolutely terrible to wait in front and call them, but not be able to get in touch with anyone!

Good location, fridge and stove available. PIN concept is good if it would work. Check-in did not work, so we called the reception last minute 21:59. They were unable to change the PIN due to automatic backups of their computers at 22:00 and had to guide us to the emergency key which enabled us to open our - but theoretically also any other - room. The room was quite dirty. They were not flexible regarding checkout times at all. In my case, they came by at around 11:30, so I was fine, but a friend staying in another of their hotels reported that they'd knock at the door from early in the morning to get guests out even before the deadline. All in all good concept but worthless without 24/7 hotline, more flexibility and cleaner rooms.
