Great location as it has a free bus that runs every 15 minutes and takes you right to the old town. Very easy! Also has a great restaurant where we had a delicious dinner. Room was spacious and very clean and modern. A little warm as the A/C only works in July and August. The outside air temp was cool and we asked for a fan to help circulate the cool air into our room, which helped tremendously.

Walking distance to the airport. Great staff. Early buffet. Ski storage room. Big comfortable rooms.

Unusual to find an airport hotel that is family run and not a characterless chain - super friendly, great breakfast, plenty facilities and nice rooms with picture windows. Also a good restaurant and easy bus ride to and from the town center. We stayed a week, using it as a base for doing ski comps, good free private parking for our van. Minor niggles - for longer stays, tea & coffee & a kettle in the room would have been nice. The A/C was ineffective, but no problem in winter, just opened the window...

This was my second stay and the staff were just as helpful and hospitable. The night manager made me a cappuccino at 5 AM before breakfast was open, when I had an early flight.They accommodated us with early and late check in/check out. The close proximity to the airport and a nice restaurant made it perfect for the start and wrap up of our Austrian stay. Nothing. Everything was great.

This is a beautiful property located not far from the city center, offering stunning views of the Austrian Alps. Our children especially enjoyed the hotel’s private football pitch and swings just across the road. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, with frequent buses to the city center — and the complimentary city passes made getting around easy and free. The staff were exceptional, with special thanks to Jerome, Liz (Elizabeth), Carmen, Sophie, and Mike for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. During our 18-day tour across Europe (Hungary, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and France), no place matched the exceptional hospitality we experienced at Penz West — it truly stood out. We would love to come back and stay in this hotel, if we get a chance again. Breakfast had a nice variety, and we particularly appreciated the selection of local products. We would have appreciated if ironing facilities were given in the room itself instead of going to the basement.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

this is not a business hotel. There is no glass in the bathroom to rinse my mouth. I need to do laundry myself. The hotel does not offer free luggage storage, and there is not free umbrella for borrowing. I need to purchase an umbrella.

It was very beautiful, great view The TV is a smart Tv but you can‘t use the function like connecting ur own Netflix etc…
