The staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was good and free parking space. The view from the room was nice to see the Golf area. The location was a bit far from the center. The breakfast was normal and can be improved. The room furniture is very old and you can see the dust in some places. The TV is old not Smart.

Inverness is a beautiful city and provides central location for Highlands. My room was in the Club Building. Everything was excellent. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and was serviced daily by the housekeepers. The breakfast is excellent, the car park and the WiFi as well. The staff in general are really excellent. Breakfast is delicious and Erin is doing a great job in the restaurant. All other staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing.

A very nice hotel with very welcoming arrival process. The room was comfortable - number 1 and I guess in the older part of the hotel, so no comparison with newer ones. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner first night looking forward to a good night. Meal somewhat spoiled by 'curt' service by the waiter - she at no point came back to check on the meal - seemed poorly trained. Neither of us remember in our travels in Scotland or elsewhere, a bottle of wine being dumped on the table without being poured. Steak as not as requested. Amazing to get two scallops for the price paid. We drove into town for dinner the next night! So overall, a great place that had we not had dinner there, would have rated much higher.

Very comfortable suite. Very good breakfast. There had been a wedding the day before and the staff were coping with a lot of cleaning up.

The breakfast was poor, especially for a 4 * hotel This is a busy tourist and tour hotel, not clearly indicated in the description. The annex (the Kingsmill club) should be clearly indicated as separate from the main hotel. The view (garden) did not mention the busy road.
