The location and parking were very good The room and ensuite are VERY small. No space for any large bags. The door to the room is a sliding door. There are no windows so if you close the door when you sleep the room gets no air and is very stuffy.

Location good - walking distance to City Centre. Breakfast Ok but all wheat-based, with no gluten-free options, in spite of advance requests. After persuasion, host agreed to make porridge, which was an acceptable alternative. It would be easy to keep sliced gluten-free bread in a freezer to be brought out as required. Good to sit around breakfast table with other guests. Intractable breakfast, with no allowance for special diets. Ground floor room accessed through patio doors, with no other ventilation. The weather being hot, we had to leave the patio door open overnight, thereby compromising security in a city centre location.

Lynda was an excellent host, very friendly and knowledgeable about places to see and things to do. The property was within easy walking distance (20 mins) of the city centre Although the bedroom was clean, it just felt a little cluttered

Lynda was most welcoming and provided great tips as to where to eat. Bed needs to be upgraded please - to at least queen bed size plus mattresses that minimise partner disturbance. Therefore enabling both to get a good nights sleep.

I had to leave at an early hour so no breakfast was provided but the best place for breakfast in the whole city was recommended to me. And that was excellent. The room was quiet, and everything was spotless. The owners also recommended the best places for dinner, gave me good directions. They could not have been more friendly or helpful.
