Convenient location and cheap DFW parking. The front desk is always understaffed though.

Check-in and check our staff seem to be overworked. Not friendly at all.

Everything was amazing breakfast the room everything I just wish the pool was warmer

TVs didn’t work they didn’t do anything about it so I was sitting in silence all night

the room was humongous for one person, it felt like a small apartment. the ac worked great and everything was really clean and well maintained. Even the pillows felt amazing and im one who rarely uses pillows at all. Housekeeping was very sweet and the lobby area felt very spacious and fancy. I wish I couldve stayed longer. it took a good 30 minutes to get into my room as they gave me a room with a faulty door and it took me coming down there 4 times just for them to give me another room. the guy I mainly talked to was nice about it though. yet even with the new room, the main tv remote didn't work but honestly I was just so tired from the long trip I had. Going through all of that made me late for an event that I ended up not being able to go to.

Nothing. First of all woke up to Ants in bathroom and went to shower in the am and it was dirty had hair in the shower. No blankets for pull out bed, was told there is nothing they can do at front desk for a blanket for the bed. Given the wrong room to start with, ac in new room did not work. Nothing done to accommodate. Asked to speak to manager was told there wasn’t one on the weekend and someone would call me. Never received a call or anything.

Comfortable room Dull layover atmosphere, but who cares? We got a good night’s sleep for our early flight.

I was there for a concert so it made it easy to get to and back. Parking was easy and gated which was a plus. Had a few hiccups with the room but maintenance was there fast and fixed it promptly.

I liked being on the 2nd floor. I liked there is a door between the bedroom and living area bed. I liked the desk chair. Getting coupons for breakfast. How slow the elevators are. The location of the parking gate code box. The pavement in the parking area. Lack of signage with the street and lack of light at that turn.

I really liked the hotel, the reason why it exceeded my expectations was because when I looked at the images and in person the hotel looked more nice, the room was big and comfortable and it was a really affordable price. There wasn’t much that I didn’t like, I really enjoyed my stay there.

It’s a dated hotel but room was comfortable
