the staff was great, the free shuttle was also good, but there had been a storm & there was NO phone nor wifi service (& probably no tv either) The night guy was wonderful , he used his cell to create wifi so I could contact what was to pick me up in Colorado (they were closed, but I sent an email & got my pick-up changed since I sent sent to a different airport than my proper arrival airport no wifi & no phone, a great problem for someone with no cell phone

There were stains everywhere, the tv turned on but no channels, could not connect to WiFi. I brought the issues with the tv and internet with multiple people working there and they never came back with a solution. The comforter had holes. The bathroom had bugs when we came back from our event. We could not sleep there. Our room smelled like smoke.

The price of the hotel The hotel is outdated and needs an uplift. The surface of the bath was peeling off. There was a cigarette burn on the bedding. I wouldn't say the room was dirty but definitely was in need of TLC. The door to the room which was motel style ( where anyone can just walk up to and access) was an old style wood door that didn't feel particularly secure.

Some restaurants nearby Where do I start? Arriving at the motel, the first thing I see is one White prostitute standing by the side of the building and a Black one on the backside of the building when going to my room. Two black dudes in white tank tops that I'm pretty sure were their "pimps" the way they were eyeing me when checking in. At the check in counter the young Indian woman was unfriendly, and if she didn't understand what I said, she would furrow her eyebrows and say "what"? I get to my room and notice daylight coming from around my door, thank goodness it wasn't winter time. So, I try to turn on the TV and it wasn't coming on, so I assumed the batteries were dead. I go to the office with the remote and asked the young lady, now typing on her phone, if she has any batteries? She looks up at me and says "what"?, as if I'm annoying her. I repeated the question and she said no. I told her well you're gonna have to find some because I paid for a room with a working TV. She gets up and goes to a drawer and fumbles around until she sees two loose batteries rolling around in the drawer. Long story short i assumed they were dead, but after returning to the office it was discovered that the remote was broken. So I called and told her it wasn't working and then she calls I assume her dad because he was an older Indian dude who comes in and attempts to turn on the TV. Eventually, he realizes it doesn't work and just leaves a new remote. Cool. I looked around the room and notice paint peeling off the tub, a big nasty stain on the couch cushion, the rug looks ratty, and the iron is broken and won't hold water, and the TV only gets 5 local channels even though they suppose to have Dish TV. It cost me $76 for this rathole. I should have spent the extra $30 and went to a more reputable hotel.

Airport shuttle left us stranded at the airport. Never arrived and forced us to find other ride. I would not stay at this property again if my life depended on it. Management doesn’t care about their customers.
