Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites

The property and the staff was good. The shower head water pressure was very weak and intermittently gets weaker than it already is. We notified the front desk upon check out of our experience. The man didn’t seem too concern. The air conditioning system is loud so if you’re a light sleeper please advise. Overall property is clean because it is fairly new. Most likely will not be coming back for the higher price that we paid for the stay versus other Hotels.

Hotel is beautiful, room was very nice and clean. Television gets many channels.

The property was so clean and had everything we needed. The cafe downstairs was a plus! We also got a recommendation and coupon for the tavern and restaurant near the hotel. Both were delicious and convenient! Overall, 10/10! I will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality!

Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast on site. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was similar to the ones you buy at the store and microwave. Only they had burnt mine so was not good. They did recommend the restaurants nearby but way too pricey.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. The only downfall is their room service for the attached restaurant is not yet set up.

I was so pleased with my stay at Sandman! Clean, comfortable and just overall a great experience. Went to the poolroom and it was sooo relaxing! I do wish they had more selections regarding the snack/vending area, but that was a very small inconvenience. Still, I give them a 10/10! 🙂

I did not have breakfast the young lady at the front desk when I arrived at 16:00 was the greatest I was tired and I locked myself out getting ice she is great at representing the company and very informative My shower floor I got water everywhere

The check in female staff was excellent (Iunfortunately, i didn't get her name). Lobby was clean and nicely decorated with many seating sections. We received a complimentary room upgrade which was very nice, modern and clean with soft beddings and comfortable bed.! However, it would be a 5 star rating if there was a bottled water for 2 waiting in our room.

Everything other than the cleanliness of the room was great… we had hair left all over the bathroom ( in the sink, on the floor, on the toilet, in the tub) and the floor was wet in the bathroom as well

They didn’t serve breakfast but you could buy breakfast sandwiches at the cafe in the morning. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They were a bit smaller than other hotels I’ve been to but I reserved a room with double beds. The bed and pillows were decent and clean. The rooms all had a microwave, tv and small fridge. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub which is a plus for those who like to take baths. The rooms were fairly quiet but occasionally you’d hear something like large items being moved from the upstairs level. It’s also in a great area that is surrounded by business/ commercial companies and is right next to the highway.

Excellent stay except our room was hot. Ac didn’t cool it down near enough.

The property is really nice and everyone was really helpful and kind.

I stayed here to go see BTS is Arlington, this hotel was very comfortable and looks very luxurious. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk too. I will for sure be back on my next visit.
