Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel

AC in my unit was not working, I reported and they said it was fixed and to give a little time to cool the room, 11pm and it was a sauna. As a solution when I complained, Supervisor asked me if I want to check out, not nice solution

Nothing Everything, especially them having electrical problems where people couldn't use the elevators, the air conditioning was broken, no wifi, all for 3 hours from 830pm-1130pm and all that was offered was water. No refunds, no apologies, nothing.

Old property, staff were friendly and helpful, ac broke a couple of times in rooms and in the ballroom, carpet in the room was damp and sticky

The room appeared to be clean, but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The toilet sang to you when you flushed it with this shrill operatic noise that lasted for a minute or so after the flush. They are now owned by Bonvoy Marriott, and charge for parking. You have to let them know you’re only staying one night. I was not impressed and I hope they have a major renovation coming because I was not impressed with what I saw.

Yes, Bar well stocked. The bartender was very nice and made my husband a very good old fashion drink.

The pillows aren’t the best but in my opinion this is still the best place to stay park and fly out of Dfw

Out dated and not clean in the rooms. Bar is fine for dinner.

The room was clean and neat. there were 2 bottles of water available in the room. Quiet and elevators were quick compared to other hotels I've stayed at .

It was a great experience from check-in to check-out. The pool area was a great place to relax. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay there, plus my room looked out over the airport and I could watch the planes takeoff and land.

Great place to stay when traveling overnight from the airport. The front desk staff were great. The room was perfectly clean, and the beds very comfortable. It was very convenient to dine in at the restaurant. The food and cocktails were delicious, and our server was a pro. Fantastic staff, great place to stay.

Was Given A Low Floor At Check In .Even Though I Have Elite Status With Anerican Airlines. TV Didnt Work and Airport Shuttle Took An Hour And 1/2. To Arrive.
