Super 8 by Wyndham Irving/DFW Apt/North

No phone, not tv working, not helping staff...very bad experience

Airport shuttle was good. Just stayed one night after our flight. Served its purpose and reasonable rates.

Great place to stay love all the pillows they put on the bed

Waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle

Staff is friendly, place is quiet and near DFW airport.

Simply put, granola bars do not constitute a free breakfast. There needs to be more variety. Would I come back? Only if it's a last resort.

Had to plug in all lights. No heater.

Free breakfast was only coffee, fruit juice and cereal bar.

Found a live cockroach crawling on the bed and night stand. Checked out immediately.

The odors of tabaco and other substances was really strong.

It could have been better.

The pictures were very vague, I had to move from the original room because soon as I walked in I smelled mildew and urine. The whole room looked like it was under renovation and they just decided to stop. I requested to change rooms after going back and forth I was moved to another room that room was more suitable but the air decided on it’s on when it would come on and having seen a few unwanted guest crawling on the walls. The elevator has roaches crawling in the door way. None of the amenities were available. If I was able to get a refund I would have just took the loss. It’s like they know the place is horrible and that’s why they say no refunds after check-in. I will request to see the rooms now before check-in at any hotel moving forward.

Room was dirty cockroach was crawling on the floor. Curtains were stained with something nasty I have pictures of both! We made a huge mistake taking the flash deal most definitely not worth it. No breakfast which was supposed to be included.

Run down, air conditioner was broken, AM staff was useless

The price and greeted were very great! The shower had no hot water and the handle broke. Also smelled of cigerette smoke despite being no smoking.
