The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas

Very close to many amenities.

Very clean. Rooms were very spacious. I called the front desk multiple times to have toilet paper delivered to room. I first called room service and the employee said they would bring some by and nothing ever came. I went down to the front desk to talk to the gentleman covering the front desk and he said that he would get some sent up to room and nothing ever came. I had my two daughters and wife staying at the hotel and thank goodness my wife packed wet wipes for the girls. Highly disappointed in the staff and the young lady that took the complaint as she demonstrated signs of not even being concerned. The only thing she could tell me when I asked for manager is that they are at lunch. It appears the staff need more training in customer service recovery.

Aa we attending the Conference at the Center next door the location was perfect. It also has multiple restaurants around the hotel within a short walk. Waters in room each day was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some staff were a little disinterested (looking at their phones). Others were wonderful so it isn't consistent. Everything else was good otherwise.

Excellent hotel except for the room service breakfast which arrived cold and incorrect

My only issue: the "room service" breakfast was terrible, arrived cold, order was wrong, and served in cardboard boxes.

Best staff ever! Clean rooms and pet friendly.
