This was an exceptional stay in every possible way. From the Sunday night welcome reception and personal greeting from the hotel's owners to the incredibly attentive staff and delicious breakfast and dinner, I don't remember a better hotel stay ever. The proprietors were so friendly and helpful, while the staff anticipated every need. One afternoon, after skiing all day, the women at the front desk noticed that I was walking with a slight limp due to a strained muscle. She asked if there was anything they could do to help. She mentioned that the massage therapist was available to assist. That therapist turned out to be incredibly helpful in relieving the pain - enabling me to ski again the next day! The fact that she noticed my limp as I walked through the lobby probably saved the rest of my trip! Everything was absolutely perfect.

All year Hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and Dinner is outstanding and a highlight. Bar in the evening. Nice SPA. Location is very central and quiet.

Super close to the silveretta gondola and plenty of Apres Ski. Staff was super friendly and really outgoing. Great stay! Highly recommended for a ski holiday.
